The hotel is located in a fairly busy area but it's pretty quiet inside. The room was small but very comfortable, nicely decorated and clean. We had a lovely stay here. Staff were welcoming and friendly which really helped improve our stay. This hotel is a little far away from many of the main attractions in Paris but we found that we could get everywhere we needed using the metro.

The hotel is located a short walk from Saint-Marcel metro station on Metro line 5, so it's convenient for Gare d'Austerlitz and Gare de Lyon stations on foot, and Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est by Metro. The hotel overlooks a busy street but our room on the top (6th floor) was quiet. The hotel is well situated in an area with several restaurants and a short walk from the Natural History Museum with it's gardens and zoo (Menagerie). The hotel room was clean and well presented. There is a small dining area located in the basement where a good continental breakfast is available. Staff were friendly and spoke good English.

Staff were friendly and hotel was clean and lovely inside. The noise level around the area is quite high due to hospital and transport being close by but this did not affect our stay as you can’t hear it with the windows shut.
