Room was clean and had everything you would need. Really close to Metro, 2 minute walk. Just off a Main Street so it was very quiet. Sandra was very helpful and gave a lot of great advice. Even though it was 20 minutes by metro to the center of Paris it was a great location with a lot of restaurants within walking distance to the suites. Overall a great place.

The heat was turned off the second day of my stay and I was given different stories about why that happened but no solution. I asked for a space heater or extra blankets and was offered a sheet. It was only after I asked for a refund that a space heater miraculously appeared. The unit I was in was in need of a refresh. The lady working the desk during the day was amazing to deal with but sadly that isn’t who I dealt with regarding the heat issue. I wish I had a more positive experience as the location is convenient and the neighbourhood is alright too.

The place is not accurate with the pictures shown on the website. It’s old and, but you’re paying what you get. Afordable and convenient close to a metro line that takes directly to Paris.

Our stay was great. The location was very convenient for transportation and available shops for groceries and baking. The hotel itself was good. Could use a little bit of a refresh. The air conditioning wasn't the greatest, but considering this is something difficult to find in Paris, it was better than nothing. That said, talking to locals it was hotter than normal during our stay, so maybe the machine had trouble keeping up. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The coffee in the lobby was much better than in the room. Definitely take advantage.We would definitely stay again.

Good budget apartment.

The reception staff were excellent. The apartment itself was clean and quite well equipped. Shower was very good and when we had an issue it was resolved quickly. Very comfortable bed. Ready for a redecoration..Not soundproofed. The location is convenient for Metro 11 route, which is useful. Bakeries, cafés and a few eateries close by.

All The Basics Were Met

I had a pleasant stay at Resident Les Lilas. The check-in option was quite different to anything I’d experience before. You have an option for free check-in at an office located in Paris or you can arrange to check in at the front desk for a fee. This could be inconvenient for many people. However, that aside, my room was clean and comfortable. I had all that I needed for quiet’s night stay.

Short stay Paris

Arrived to find that I needed to collect the keys 2 stops back on the metro could not have an issue with this as company had advised me on 3 separate emails which I was unable to access on my emails, do to internet issues, staff were very efficient and friendly. Accommodation was easy to find very close to metro. Plenty of bars and supermarkets in the area not many restaurants did find a lovely Chinese one though around the corner. Very comfortable but very warm no windows to open just French doors but a bit too noisy to leave open. Would have liked a bottle opener and cork screw and some mugs as cups were too small for a cup of tea. Well equipped otherwise comfortable bed, cooker with 2 rings, microwave toaster oven combo no instructions though. Hot powerful shower and plenty of clean towels. Great wifi connection too. Definitely would consider staying here again in the future.

We stayed about two weeks in the hotel, the staff were super kind we had to deal with a girl named Anna I guess, she helped us a lot. For the cleaning they have a very awkward policies, we stayed about 16 days and only had the cleaning service once !! But we had clean towers available at the floor. We had an overall nice stay, thanks
