Our memorable stay in Paris was helped out by the great location of this small flat. Check in was just a little uncertain with a âsecond keyâ use, but once that was figured out no problem. Hosts were very helpful in of our initial difficulty.Location was SUPERB! Just 3 short blocks from Eiffel Tower and Parc du Mars. Grocer one block away, Bank/ATM two blocks away, 2-3 metro stations 5-10 minute walk, Post office and fruit stands 3-4 blocks. One cafe next door, otherwise cafeâs many blocks away. Prior reviews mention the entrance to the apartment. It truly is an ENCLOSED back âalleyâ (10âx15â) of nearby Thai restaurant with garbage cans under a shed, with thankfully NO bad odors. Only heard activity by workers one night but quiet after 11pm and quiet in the morning. You only see it for 5 seconds before you enter the connecting hallway to exit the building to explore Paris. Only ceiling fans, so no AC. Hosts offered a portable AC unit, but hot exhaust not connected to outside so while it would cool from one end, it would push heat into the flat the other end which we thought was inefficient. I donât know if Iâd like to stay here if temps in the 90âs, but fans were very good at circulating cool air both in bedroom and main sitting room. Hosts were on top of everything with quick responses.
We stayed here for 5 days around Christmas with our two kids. It felt small for all of us and a little luggage; but the location is pretty fantastic. Thereâs a little grocery story down the street we used a few times. Management was very communicative, check in and out was very easy, and they responded in me in a timely manner with an help we needed. (Note for those who might be surprised as we were: this unit is on the first floor in like a back small utility courtyard of a building.)
We loved this tiny apartment right near the Eiffel Tower! It was a perfect location for a weekend in Paris with my family. It was a little tricky to enter, but Sarah our host was amazingly helpful and easy to contact. Thank you for the memories!
Overall this is a very nice LITTLE apartment with idyllic location. Being able to pop right out to see the Eiffel Tower at night was amazing. Great restaurants and amenities nearby.
Go in eyes wide open, however, on the size and lack of windows / outdoor space. Itâs a misnomer to call the access a deck or patioâŠas a previous reviewer commented, it is in actuality a shared âback alleyâ to include back door access to the restaurant. No sitting options - not a place to âhang out.â
Very clean, very well equipped for such a small space - has every amenity you need. I would say perfect for a couple; but 3-4 people as advertised gets cramped quickly.
We had a wonderful stay here. Super cute and felt safe in the area. Lots of things walking distance. Great area with eifel tower really close. The only downfall of this property is the restaurant next door makes quite a bit of noise in the morning. Otherwise perfect spot!
Stayed for my sisters birthday. Unit was small as to be expected but functional. The courtyard entrance wasnât ideal. The pictures make it look super cut but itâs really a micro courtyard that is shared with the kitchen/trash space of a restaurant and there were people outside the door(only light into the unit) most of day and night. Probably would stay somewhere cheaper and just take public transport next time.
