This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath town home in Three Kings is just off Park City Mountain grounds and right on the Park City Golf Course. This unit is very popular with it's open kitchen space and a great sleeping arrangement!

- 1 main floor bedroom, 2 enclosed bedrooms upstairs.
- Master Suite has a King bed and attached bathroom (tub/shower).
- 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have Queen beds and share a bathroom (tub/shower).

Fantastic location, decently stocked and nice heated pool. One bedroom has a sloped ceiling as you can see in photos so maybe better suited for children or you just have to remember to watch your head on one side. Chris was extremely responsive and easy to reach. We had a few questions and he responded right away. Would definitely consider again

Great Location, Setup Just OK

A short 5-10 minute walk to the lifts! Great rec center and hot tub. Decent layout except 1 of the 2 upstairs bedrooms has 0 furniture except for the bed and night tables and nothing on the walls. The 2 upstairs BRs share a full bath. Downstairs bedroom has an en-suite bath. 1/2 bath also downstairs. Kitchen is nicely equipped with some nice extras. Chris’s communication was excellent. Housekeeping had left coffee grinds in the coffeemaker otherwise. Overall good if typically pricey for PC.

Great (second) time in Park City

For the second season in a row, we had a wonderful time in Park City in this condo. Particularly thankful to Chris, with whom the communication was flawless and who adapted to our needs and always answered our questions with no delay.We we three adults and the three bedrooms, two bathrooms were perfect to enjoy some privacy while having the best time together in the living room with its open kitchen.

Great Condo in a Fabulous Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great space for our family of four and an easy walk to the chair lifts! (10 min walk in ski boots to the Crescent lift) Condo is very well stocked and had all the basics; huge bonus not having to buy stuff like tissues and hand soap. Hot tub and heated pool were an easy walk (2 min) as well and great end to a fantastic day on the slopes. There are men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers and saunas so you can walk to/from the hot tub while staying warm. Chris was very kind and helpful; responded very quickly when we had a question. We had a great stay!

Great Location

This condo was perfect for our family of 4, with 2 adult kids. Short walk to the slopes and to free public transit. Nice equipment area by front door. Covered parking also a very nice plus. Beautiful views. Would absolutely stay here again.

Only 300 yards from the First Time lift at Park City Mountain Village, this place was exactly as advertised. Well-appointed townhouse, next to the community building with a heated pool, hot tub AND a sauna! Beds are very comfortable and there's plenty of room for your ski gear. 10/10

Three minute walk to closest lift

Nice condo that is only a 3 minute walk to the nearest lift at Park City base area. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths this place easily accommodates 3 couples or a family. Well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable living room. Hard to beat for comfort and convenience. And the free bus has a stop 100 yards from front door. Hard to beat

Great choice for a ski vacation

This is a great choice for anyone taking a ski vacation to Park City. The unit was very clean, well laid out and well equipped. It’s a very short walk to the Resort Center lifts and close to Main Street. It’s also one building over from the outdoor hot tub and heated pool, which was very nice after a long day of skiing/riding. The beds were super comfortable and Chris was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely book it again.

Great location and perfect for the family

We enjoyed first visit to PC as a family. The location was fantastic as we walked to the ski storage and lifts each day. Kids loved the community pool and hot tub just one building over. Chris was a great host and super responsive.

Great Mardi Gras Getaway

Escaped the Mardi Gras madness and headed to the mountains/ski slopes! The location is perfect. Quick access to the First Time lift at Park City Mountain Resort. If your trip is mainly to ski, this is a great place to stay.

Great Location

We had a fantastic time over NYE. Very short walk to the mountain which is a huge plus when you bring your own gear. The place was very clean upon arrival and the check-in / check-out was a breeze. The shared hot tub and heated pool one block away was super fun! Definitely recommend.

Perfect location near the first time lift

Clean, well cared for with great support from the manager. No issues. Everything was great. Note: there were no cooking supplies we usually find at other condo rentals: no spices, oils, etc. Keep in mind when you go shopping.

Great place, great location

I would highly recommend staying at this condo for a number of reasons. The place is beautiful and has everything a family would need during their stay. The location was great, as well. Maybe a 3-5 min walk to the lifts. The property manager was also very helpful in accommodating our special requests. A++

Perfect location for ski trip

Property was clean and nice. Higher quality feeling towels, sheets, etc. Not used to this in short term rentals. Location was perfect for skiing Park City mountain. About a 3 min walk. About a 20 min walk to downtown.

Cozy condo with fantastic location

We had a group of six stay here for five nights and had a lovely time. This condo is a 2-3 minute walk from the main lifts at Park City Mountain, so there's no need to battle traffic for a parking spot on a busy Saturday morning. All three bedrooms provided ample space, the living room was cozy, and the kitchen was large enough to cook our own meals. The only downside is the water heater, which didn't keep showers hot for very long. We'd certainly consider staying here again!

Had a great time!

The place was super clean, easy check in and fantastic location. I stayed there with family and we were able to walk to the slopes with a 4 and 7 year old. Also, only 1 miles away from Main Street to do some shopping. Chris was a great host, we highly recommend this place!
