Welcome to our 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath townhome at Settlers Ridge, Deer Valley!

Just minutes to skiing and an easy walk to town.

**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**

–The Park City free bus stops literally at the property, which runs every five to seven minutes to either Deer Valley or Park City Mountain. If you do decide to drive, there is a spot in the underground garage so you'll never have to clear snow off the car before heading out.

–Easy walk to Main Street. We're exactly 7 minutes walk from Main Street. After a night out there is always the free bus back to the property. We're almost exactly halfway between Deer Valley and Park City Mountain.

–Great layout. There's a spacious main level/living area adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are upstairs from the main level, so there's plenty of privacy.

Fanstastic stay, super close to both Park City or Deer Valley resorts with free shuttles running right outside. The place was clean and accomodating. Hot tub was great!

Wonderful condo in a great location. Walkable to town and close to both Deer Valley and Park City town lifts. You do hear car noise at night, but it is not aggressive. Was great for our family.

Just okay

The location of this property is great, short walk to Main Street. The space is also good, lots of room for a family. Another plus was the underground parking. The property itself doesn't seem to be well cared for. Cupboard doors are broken as well as closet doors. Utensils and dishes in cupboards and drawers were dirty, cooking utensils very sparse, no hand towels in any bathrooms, no basics like salt or pepper (just random leftovers from others), no kitchen towels or potholders. The master bed is horrible! The thing moves severely at the slightest motion - if I or my husband simply moved an arm in the night, the whole bed shook and woke the other up. Just generally not a well cared for or updated place. Would not stay here again unfortunately.

Property was very clean and well appointed. The location is right on the road and over the garage, so it is a bit noisy. We really enjoyed how close it was to Park City - an easy walk! The bus stop is also very convenient for getting to Deer Valley.

Property is well located for reaching great skiing. However, some updating of furniture and linens would be recommended. The heating doesn't appear to be working correctly. T-stats setting and what temperature it actually is in the rooms aren't correct.

Annual trip

Great, Convenient location. Easy walk to Main Street and not too far to town lift. Nice indoor parking for two vehicles. Good lodging for the price. Only complaints,
 the two “twin” beds seem smaller than standard twins. Good for kids, but not so much for tall adults. Community hot tub never worked properly, jets/bubbles wouldn’t work. Dishwasher was broken, so we had to clean dishes by hand all week. Not the end of the world, but a bit annoying. Everything else was fine.

Great!

Easily walkable to Main St and town lift. The bus stop is even closer. Perfect location. Fit our group of 6 comfortably. Will stay here again for sure. Check in/out was a breeze and communicating with property manager was easy and always got a prompt response.
