Located in the charming Old Town Prospector neighborhood, this stunning retreat combines upscale comfort with spectacular mountain views. Less than a mile from the nearest free Park City shuttle stop, you'll have easy access to Park City's Historic Main Street, Kimball Junction, Deer Valley, and beyond. The Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail is also nearby, perfect for year-round hiking, biking, and winter recreation.

This well-appointed 5,330-square-foot two-level home offers 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms, to comfortably sleep 14 guests, and provides plenty of space to relax, gather, and recharge.

Just in from the 2-car garage, you can store your gear in the mud area, and then a few steps down into the main level living area that features stunning views from the entire back of the house.

Living Room (Main Level):
The main-level living room is a beautifully designed space with a mountain-contemporary style and professional decor. Vaulted ceilings, new flooring, and expansive windows allow natural light to flood the room, while framing breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
