Black Bear Lodge is located in the exclusive Silver Lake area of Deer Valley, with a short three-minute walk across the street to the lifts. Black Bear is a welcoming place during both winter and summer. Our condominium is decorated with an elegant modern western lodge décor to give you the ski or summer vacation you are looking for.

Our two-bedroom, three full bath condominium is an inviting get away in the middle of the European-styled village of Silver Lake in Upper Deer Valley. Black Bear is across the street from the five-diamond Stein Eriksen Lodge and Spa and 100 yards from some of the best restaurants in Deer Valley. In addition, Park City Main Street is only a short five-minute drive away.

Our home includes a new heating / hot water system and air conditioning for the summer months!

This is a really great location for skiing at Deer Valley. The lift is just across the street. We came with our family including four kids. It was a cozy cabin feel condo with everything we needed.

Location can't be beat! Condo is exactly as described - everything we needed for our stay. A little worn around the edges but still great. The elevator was out next to the condo was out our entire stay which was annoying and wish we would have been given a heads up. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Deer Valley Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Nick's condo in Deer Valley. The condo is located in the Black Bear Lodge, which is short walk to Silver Lodge at Deer Valley. The 2 bedroom, 3-bath condo was perfect our two couples. It is well amenitized and has its own underground parking stall.

Black Bear Lodge

Had some difficulty accessing the property on arrival, which was frustrating because we'd been traveling all day. We were ready to relax and enjoy. Although unit was clean/nice, it may be time for some upgrading. We stayed in similar unit several years ago and this one looks much the same - - furniture, accessories, etc. One elevator was out of service. Of course, it was the closest to our unit. Difficult because I was recovering from a surgery.

From the start, underground parking was nice and convenient. Staff on property were helpful showing us around. The unit Was equipped with everything we needed, everything functioned as designed. Our host was quick to respond with a few questions. We will be back!

Perfect spot for 2x couples or a family

The property was great! The 2x king beds and 3x bathrooms were perfect for my fiance and I to share a place with my parents. It has the basic kitchen supplies and is well stocked with coffee/tea. Nick's communication was helpful and accurate. It is a block away from the base of the mountain. The parking spot was also very nice to have. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Nick!

This is a great unit. It's an easy quarter mile walk to the nearest lift. Great restaurants within walking distance. The unit was large, spacious and fully equipped with anything you might need in the kitchen. Most important - it was very CLEAN!!!! I'd definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. Short 5 minute walk to the slopes mid-mountain. Bedrooms are close to the elevator and stairs, so can be some noise at night. We look forward to staying here again next year. Property manager was very accommodative and communicated quickly.

Good place to stay and ski overall. About a 5 minute walk to the lifts. Dryer didn’t work for 1/2 of our trip, which wasn’t ideal. However, the ownership worked diligently to get it resolved. The front desk staff were very helpful, however note that this property is managed by another company/individual, so there are limits to what the front desk can assist with. Bathroom supplies could have been a lot better; no bar soap, minimal shampoo, very cheap toilet paper and no Kleenex. Ownership/management was very responsive throughout.
