The house is located 1.5 km from the University of Patras and the University Hospital of Rio, 50 meters away from the suburban railway stop. The closest organised beach is at 300 meters.

The apartment has one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and one single open space that consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa-bed, a sleeping area with a king-size bed and one full bathroom . The house can host up to 5 people. In the exterior the guests can enjoy two covered terraces with garden view.


The Location
Rio is a coastal settlement of Municipality of Patras, located six kilometers northeast of the center of Patras. It has an open-air cinema, restaurants , ovens, supermarket, bookstores, toy stores, cafes, gyms, hospital, university and a convention center.
Very popular during the summer period due to the organised beaches and seaside bars and restaurants all overlooking the Rion Antirion Bridge. Great gateway for various places of interest in the wider area (up to 2 hours drive) like Delphi, Nafpaktos, Ancient Olympia, Zakinthos , Archaelogica Musum of Patras etc.
