Well worth a stay here

Nice hotel and friendly staff.good Wi-fi and plenty of hot water all the time.rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Nice and quiet location and only 5 minutes walk from bars and restaurants,terminal 21 across the road and a Tesco lotus next door I’ve stayed in lots of different hotels in pattaya and this is the best I’ve stayed in by far and very reasonably priced they should charge more.would recommended this hotel to everybody

Staffs were so kind because a woman showed me destination for North Pattaya Bus station in Thai and a man asked local taxi driver how much it was from this hotel to the airport when I had missed reservation for Airport shuttle bus. Thanks to that, I was able to get to Bangkok for shorter time and enjoy sightseeing there. I’m very thankful for their hospitality:)

ห้องในโรงแรมใหญ่ดีและแยกเป็นสัดส่วน มีครัวไว้ให้ทำอาหารด้วย ส่วนสภาพห้องโดยรวมโอเค ไม่ถึงกับใหม่มาก เสียงแอร์ค่อนข้างจะดังมาก ทำให้รำคาญนอนไม่หลับ วันที่ไปพักถึงดึกแล้ว หาทางเข้าโรงแรมไม่เจอ ทางเข้าจะมืดมืดมากที่จอดรถก็จะมืด แต่ตอนเช้า บริเวณโดยรอบโรงแรมก็ดูโอเค

You get what you paid for.

The day I arrived, I had quite a trouble finding the place-maybe Expedia or the hotel should update the map. Check-in was very quick and the staff was very friendly. The facility itself is quite old and the details need some upgrade. Very friendly staff, but I think the place could be much more desirable if it went through some upgrade or renovation. Location is actually very good, next to Lotus and a restaurant, but everyone who visited me complained big time that they had such a hard time finding the place that they don't want to come visit me again. So do some update on the map.

Low price but I expect more. Say a toothbrush set?

Stayed in mini studio. The room was quite spacious. However mattress was a bit too hard. Ants and spider were found but it was suburb area what could I say. A/C vent was facing head of bed. Used key for door lock instead of keycard. No door plate so daily housekeeping was compulsory. So called free toiletries were just a-mini-soap-bar shampoo toilet-paper one-towel-for-foot-drying and two-towels-for body-drying. Mirror and the frame was moderately stained. Front desk staff used mobile photography to make copy of passport. I guess they either don't have a phtocopy machine or have it malfunctioned. Didn't feel safe about my personal information. Yet staff members were enthusiastic. Noise separation between rooms and corridor was satisfying.

เนื่องจากโรงแรมไม่ได้ข้อมูลจากว่าลูกค้ามีบุ๊กกิ้งเลยไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดห้องเตรียมให้, เนื่องจากเช็คอินดึกพนักงานกะดึกไม่โอเค บริการไม่ดี ไม่สนใจลูกค้า, เช้ามาเจอเจ้าของต้อนรับดี, ห้องแรกสกปรก กลิ่นอาย ตู้เย็นไม่ทำงาน ทีวีไม่มี แต่ยอมเปลี่ยนห้องใหม่ที่ดีขึ้นให้ ใครจะพักก็เสี่ยงดวงเอาค่ะว่าแอพบุ๊กกิ้งจะส่งข้อมูลดีเปล่า

Keep looking. Not recommended.

This place needs new beds as they are terrible. They are over 10 years old and the springs are gone. Also the initial linen had stains in it. Way better places to stay in Pattaya.

Well I got upgraded from mini to next one up...problem about this is the room was damp and no light got in as it was over hanged by trees...for me it did not feel homely...to dark and dank...everything is old...the shower I'd stuck to the wall which irks me and hit water goes cold and you wait for hot again..small toilet cubicle.. The gym has plenty of free weights but old style machines....but we didn't once youse them,,the place was so damp it reeked..didn't try the pool..I had ants in the room but it's hard not to have them here but my friends hobby was killing cockroaches...hel never be back..we got woken every morning to clean the room,,holiday,we like to sleep late,annoy some this..hotel is off a quiet street going round in a horseshoe with no lighting,really,,but is close to tesco store.good things are the staff are nice the tv is good and soft bed with 4 pillows ..the hotel really needs an upgrade...and street lighting.. I know some of the reports rave about this place and maybe find me a bit harsh..but its all true...there is far better about for the same price range ,,but I will repeat that the staff are really nice and helpful...oh and the wifi comes and goes...

泊まるには良。遊ぶには微妙。

快適に過ごせました。10時以降は周辺のお店がほとんど閉まってしまうため、夜にお酒を飲みに行かれるご予定の方にはオススメできません。夜遊ぶ方はもう少し南西の海側の宿を抑えることをお勧めします。

Excellent

What a great little hotel. It's a bit old but in pretty good shape. I was there for a month. The size of the room was good plus the kitchenette was ideal. Very quiet location. Bars are a distance (if that's what you want) but everything else is near. You'll love the department store and supermarket. Fabulous restaurant 30 mtrs away. Great food and cheap!! Slight problem with hot water at times but not enough to worry. The housekeepers were fabulous. Room cleanliness was excellent. For the price 10 stars!!! Plenty of transport. The beach and bars are only a 10 baht ride away. 24 hour reception and the "main" guy is terrific.

Marika Residence

Located off the quiet Soi 4 and opposite a large Tesco Lotus superstore. It's about a 10/15 minute walk away from the start of the nightlife, with plenty of Baht buses to take you further down Beach Road towards Walking Street. The two rooms we had were very large for the price paid. Bright, clean but could do with a lick of paint to freshen them up. King size bed, two seater settee, dining table plus desk and chair. Good aircon but it freezes up quickly reducing its benefit. Tv with decent selection of channels but the sports ones are turned off when the Premier League football is about to start. Staff are friendly but not all speak English. Pool only seemed to be used by us which made it a quiet hours enjoyment. Food was tasty, quick turnaround (next day) for the laundry. If you're looking to be right in the nightlife then this is a bit far away (north Pattaya), but if you like peace and quiet at night and don't mind a short walk/bus ride to the shops and bars then this is a good place to stay.
