Exquisite 5-star cottage with sea access, private pool, jacuzzi and spa

A modern, colorful and luxurious small villa awaits you right on the beach. It really is a little gem, ideal for a couple or a family with a child for a special occasion such as a honeymoon, an anniversary, a birthday or just an unforgettable holiday without compromise. The villa was completely renovated both inside and outside in 2021 and is one of the most comfortable in the entire region. It is in a stunning location: literally a few steps away from the sandy and pebbly beach of Felloniche and the well-known Lido Marinelli, with a full view of the blue of the Ionian Sea just below you.

A view that you can enjoy to the fullest from the large window front in the living room and bedroom. The living room with fully equipped kitchen (including oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery, pots and everything you need to prepare your own meals) is open to the sea and the garden and has a sofa bed. The bedroom, also with a magnificent panoramic window overlooking the sea and a large mirror that enhances the view even more, is furnished with a double bed and a romantic fireplace, ideal for heating in winter (in addition to the existing heating). The bathroom is very large and leaves nothing to imagination: there is a comfortable bathtub with whirlpool function, a separate shower with a large cubicle equipped with a sauna and a Turkish bath, and designer bathroom fittings.

The house is fully air conditioned and equipped with a heating to make your stay comfortable at any time of the year.

The small private outdoor pool, long and narrow and fitted with a whirlpool function, blends beautifully into the beautiful private garden with a shaded al fresco dining area and a wood tiled terrace with sun loungers. The outdoor area is decorated with Mediterranean plants and hedges, and cozy outdoor lighting invites you to spend your evenings outdoors. There is also an outdoor shower and a modern gas grill.

A few steps away is the exclusive "Lido Marinelli", with parasols, sunbeds and access to the sea from the rocks. During the summer season, the Lido Marinelli offers a bar and a restaurant, ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. A few tens of metres away begins the bay of Felloniche with its sand and pebble beach, ideal for families. Miles of beaches of golden sand, including what is known as the Salentine Maldives, begin about 3 km further north.

Several other restaurants are within walking distance, including some open year-round. Several supermarkets can be reached in a few kilometers by car. In general we recommend a car, both to reach the house and to visit the many attractions in the area. Two private parking spaces are located directly in front of the property and are available to you free of charge.





Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.

Final cleaning is not included and costs €140, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.

We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,42 on 19/01/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

By booking this accommodation, you accept that:

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.

Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
