Dad's Legasea is an oceanfront 4 Bedroom home with a loft. This FANTASTIC house has everything your family needs - well equipped kitchen, outdoor hot/cold shower, super TV, wifi, ice maker, coffee pot maker, and much more! Located on Springs Avenue, this home offers direct oceanfront views and access to the creek which makes it one of the best possible choices for any family looking to fish, float the creek and relax.

The loft, great for older children, welcomes the early morning sun off of the ocean and features two twin beds. Downstairs, the four additional bedrooms feature three queen beds and two twin beds. All three queen bedrooms have en-suite vanity with mirror and sink. The home features two bathrooms on the main floor and a half bath under the house with a full size washer and dryer.

Nostalgia & Pawleys Perfect

What a cozy, warm & relaxed getaway we enjoyed at Dad’s Lega Sea with our mini Bernedoodle. Perfectly comfortable for the 3 of us & room to spare! Loved the knotty pine floors& walls with screen doors that allowed the ocean breezes throughout the living area.Can see why so many special memories have been made here.

The property is so comfortable and the location is unbeatable. The house was built in 1953 and is solid as a rock. It’s a true Pawleys experience.

Wonderful beach house!

We enjoyed staying at Dad’s Legasea. It was a spacious and comfortable accommodation for our family. So grateful for the opportunity to be able to stay here and watch the sun rise over the ocean and see the dolphins and sea birds from the porch! Thank you for making it available to rent.

Fun family vacation

Communication could have been better. I reserved through VRBO but then I was getting emails from Tidelife that was confusing since it said there was no cancellation when VRBO said it was free. I also had to email to get the complimentary rental stuff sent when it should have been sent 30 day ahead of time. Pawleys beach was wonderful. Less crowded and you can’t beat being right in the ocean. The place is outdated, but the sleeping arrangements worked perfect for our family of 10. The ice machine was broken with no note or anything so I called and they said they already knew about it. Would have been nice if there was a note on it. One of the check out list said to strip the sheets the other said Do Not strip them so that was confusing. Also check out is 10 but you have to have the keys back by 10 which means you have to leave the house by 9:30/9:45. Is there a way to just leave the keys at the home and lock the doors? Having a washer and dryer is wonderful, but I would recommend they supply a laundry basket since the washer and dryer is in the basement and you have to walk outside to get to it so it would be nice to have something to carry your laundry down and back up.
