Oh where to even start! Firstly, the pictures don’t even begin to give you a true feeling of how relaxing this property is. Before our trip, Jill was so quick to answer all of my questions, and once we arrived she was extremely responsive with anything more we needed. I’ve stayed in my share of temporary rentals and this one by far exceeded them all. I’ve never felt more at home. We travelled with our toddler and newborn and it was very kid friendly. Lots of ‘new’ toys to keep our toddler entertained and not too much for her to get into. The kitchen is stocked with nearly anything you could possibly need and there’s no shortage of things to keep you busy all day long!

Amazing stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Looking forward to staying there again in the future. Only thing I'd change is that the fridge is a bit small and could have been cooler, however, it was cold enough outside for us to keep some of our things out there

Happy stay for three generations
There is no shortage of things to do at this cabin. The kids (aged 4-9) thoroughly enjoyed all the games, toys and fun places to hide and play. The grandparents got plenty of rest and we enjoyed yourselves, too. Beautiful stargazing and we watched the sunrises from our bed. Very comfortable and eclectic place - with placed to lounge on each level.

Magical Christmas Getaway!
My family and I had a fabulous stay at the lakeside retreat! It has everything you could possibly imagine and more. Nature, lake views, peace and quiet and major cozy vibes. We had the fire place going all Christmas long. Jill was a pleasure to communicate with and fully understands the needs of her guests. Especially the little ones. Thanks again Jill, we will be back!!!

Beautiful Farmhouse with a breathtaking view

Absolutely amazing!
We absolutely loved the Lodge...it has everything you could ever imagine for all ages. I would recommend anyone who needs some time away with family or friends to go. the Gnomes station was my 3 year old granddaughters favorite...basketball for the teenagers...camp fires...sitting on the dock watching the stars..I really could go on and on...I truly felt blessed for the time with my family as my husband is not doing well...a peaceful bonding time for all of us....will recommend this place to all our friends...

Worth every single penny
The best trip I have ever had with my family, it looks better than the pictures and the lodge is very near to the city (23 minutes away) so If you need to do any last minute grocery shopping its so convenient, the lodge is located in a beautiful area and I love the lake. Jill was super nice and responsive when I told her my son dropped his glasses in the lake. Lots of recreational activities. Not to mention the garage is packed with fun games. The inside of the house was beautiful and huge, loved the fire place outside. If you are staying I highly highly recommend visiting Thistle hill Farm petting Zoo, there reviews speak for themselves. The kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed. The house had everything we needed!
