Other things to note
‱ We put a lot of care and attention in designing this home to make sure you have a great experience. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have.
‱ While we offer instant booking, we do require you to answer a few questions after you make a reservation (what brings you to PTC, copy of photo ID if no ratings, etc.).
‱ Our working hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST 7 days per week on Messenger, but if any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Please note there is no one living on-site. For non-emergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart.
‱ Wheelchair inaccessible due to steps at entrances.
‱ Being in the south with hot temps and rain, you may see an unwanted guest (i.e. bug). We have quarterly pest control to help but if you see an insect, please take a picture to share with the exterminator and we’ll get them out as soon as we can.
‱ We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo and dishwasher detergent for the first 48 hours. Should your stay be longer than 2 days, we recommend you bring additional supplies.
‱ The outdoor shed on the property is locked and not accessible.
‱ Interior fireplace is decorative and not usable.
‱ There is an external camera that faces the door and driveway for our safety and yours. It’s recorded 24/7.
‱ If you are interested in renting a golf cart to explore Peachtree City and "life at 15 mph", 3 Guys delivers to our address for a small fee. There are other vendors with a quick internet search.

The house suited all our needs. The King sized beds were amazing and super comfortable for all our guests. The back patio was a lost opportunity. We were there for a funeral and weren’t able to use it. It could use some attention as far as readiness for guests.The house was perfect for us in every other way. AC worked great and neighborhood was lovely. Would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful property!

What an amazing place to stay with family! Located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with plenty of privacy! The renovations and upgrades to the interior make you feel right at home and comfortable. The property management was extremely responsive and very professional. I was a little concerned upon receiving checkin instructions that included making sure not to park on the street and not interacting with the neighbor's dog--but my concerns were a complete non-event! The neighbors all keep to themself and it is peaceful ... I will definitely stay here again!

Conviently located in a quiet neighborhood away from all of the hustle and bustle of the big city, this place was perfect for our party of 5. Cleanliness and comfort get a 10 out of 10. Booking, check-in, and check-out were easy and Ashley was great. This will be my go-to rental in this area from now on.

Great stay

We had a great week in PTC at this property. The four bedrooms were perfect for our party of six and we had plenty of space to relax. The owners were always in communication and have done a wonderful job of equipping the house with everything one would need. Our favorite feature was the location. We ran or walked around Lake Peachtree everyday and loved the easy access to restaurants, shopping, and groceries. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful PTC Property

Had a great time at this property. Woke up to deer and squirrels every morning with my coffee. Located in a great part of PTC with many things to do and see close by. Great communication with the property manager and wonderful accommodations for me and my family. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful property

Although we didn't stay as long as we liked, I have nothing but good things to say about the Property Manager Ashley. We were hit with a family tragedy and she was so understanding when we had to leave. Compassion is an important trait.

This place is accurate 100% in the property details. We had an awesome stay here. Taking walks around the lake and watching the sunset at night was a plus, we did it each night. Super clean and comfortable beds. Not a single complaint. Will be staying here again when visiting Peachtree city with the family.
