The ratings were high so I expected it to be more updated. It was clean and such but the furniture was old and worn out. The lamp was rusted. Most frustrating was that I could not change the temperature in the room on the thermostat. When I asked about it the next morning, she said oh you have to hold it down for three seconds to change the temperature. It would’ve been nice if they told you that at the front desk when you checked in or put a note on the thermostat. So the room temperature was not comfortable. I should’ve called, but it was late at night.
