A cosy studio apartment in an idylic location on the banks of the river Tweed

Ground floor studio apartment containing a large, very comfortable Kingsize bed.
Self catering, fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons inc w/ machine and tumble dryer Bathroom with shower. Smart tv, wifi. On road free parking, bicycle storage available. Small back garden with seating . Flat is situated close to the excellent shopping and town amenities, and for walks along riverside and into the hills, and access to cycling routes. Easy travel by bus to Edinburgh or to the other border towns. Peebles is a bustling town with lots of eating places, a theatre, library and museum, art galleries a variety of ongoing activities to partake in.
Dog friendly, though it will be much appreciated hoovering any dog hair at the apartment before leaving. There is an overall ÂŁ10.00 per pet stay Fee to be added at the time of Booking .

Lovely place to stay, very well equipped and even though it's small did not feel cramped. Big plus to me was the very hot powerful shower! Excellent outlook onto a park and the river. Main Street of the town 2 minutes walk away with excellent food / butchers / bakers.

A return trip to home from home in Peebles

We travelled with our 2 dogs to stay in this exceptional, cosy apartment again, situated in an idyllic location near the River Tweed. Everything that one could need is to hand, complete with instructions. After a long journey, we were welcomed by delicious sweet snacks, spotlessly clean surroundings and a comfortable bed. We enjoyed watching the birds visiting the feeder in the back garden! It was the perfect place for a short break for 2 people.

Lovely Studio Apartment .

The Studio was so vomfortable and warm even had an electric blanket. Its so central to the town of Peebles everything is easy to get to.There is lots to see around the countryside . Julie was a wonderful host , I would definately stay again.

Perfect Studio Flat

Lovely flat in ideal location next to park & river. The flat was very clean, cosy & comfortable with full range of kitchen utensils. . We also took our springer spaniel. Our host Julie was lovely and could not be more helpful. Flat is near centre of town. Thank you Julie for a lovely holiday.

Superbly situated, the property lacked for nothing! Walking out of the front door to the banks of the River Tweed or round the corner to the town centre made this a fantastic find. Were would have no hesitation in booking again!
