Peyia Sunrise is a modern townhouse situated in the heart of Peyia village, close to the village bars, tavernas and shops. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and downstairs cloakroom. This property is situated within a small group of houses with shared communal pool and covered parking. It also has a fabulous roof top terrace with far reaching and uninterrupted views of the sea and surrounding mountains.

Tastefully decorated with a modern vibe, it provides a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining area and light and airy lounge with patio doors leading to the outside terrace. The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom has twin beds, again with en-suite bathroom and both bedrooms have a quaint balcony with table and chairs for enjoying a lovely drink in the morning.

On the top floor there is a stunning roof terrace with large table and chairs for outside dining, a BBQ and sun loungers for relaxing and enjoying the panoramic views.

Only a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Coral Bay, this is an ideal location for exploring this beautiful island. We would recommend hiring a car.

Everything you need for a relaxing holiday with outstanding views especially from the rooftop terrace.The house was spotless and well equipped.Excellent place to stay a hire car is a must but that really applies to almost anywhere staying in peyia.
