Quiet location, big apartment

Very close to the castle and beach. New building with modern elevator. Comfortable mattresses, powerfull air conditioner. Not very clean - we cleaned it yourself. The hot water from bathroom`s boiler is not enough for more than 3 people.

Déception logement

Je vais commencer par le positif:spacieux sauf l'extérieur et bien placé proche de tout. Le négatif : Vétusté:joints baignoire noircis,robinetterie encastrée Cuisine plus que sous équipée :pas de saladier pas de cuillere de cuisine, pas de tire bouchon,taille casserole et poêle inadaptée.,pas même un epluche legume. Le micro-ondes repose sur une table chancelante...il suffirait de remettra les vis nécessaires aux pieds...porte de placard mal fixée. C'est dommage cet appartement a du potentiel mais il manque cruellement d'entretien Je me demande même si il a été controle car il est sale...taches de gras sur la faïence dans la cuisine, taches de produits type gel douche dans la salle de bains...ah oui...et gros mensonge...il n'y a absolument pas 2 salles de bains! Le manque de confort ewt vraiment dommage car il pourrait être vraiment bien avec un peu de volonté...l'agence n'a jamais répondu à mes demandes envoyees par mail
