This rustic and authentic farmhouse was built late in the 17th century and is surrounded by extensive gardens, giving guests a wonderfully peaceful experience. To the front is a large lawn where guests can relax on the terrace and enjoy the use of a badminton set, football area and plenty of wonderful country views.
The house is spacious with a characterful and cosy living room with a huge fire, and a classic dining room, together with a generous kitchen/dining room offering plenty of living space. there is also a large utility/boot room, while three bedrooms and two bathrooms complete the accommodation.
Close by there are a number of delightful village walks and cyclists will enjoy winding through the attractive villages and wildflower-laden country lanes. Ullswater, known as the most romantic lake, and the Keswick area with its spectacular high fells, are both within a 20-minute drive. This location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and those wishing to unwind in a beautiful, relaxing and peaceful setting.
