The beach house was great! We had plenty of space for 9 people to celebrate my daughter's college graduation. The location was very convenient to the beach and close to local restaurants. The kitchen was well-stocked.

The property was misleading in regards to layout of the house. We chose this property after researching accommodations that would be comfortable for our multi-generation vacation. Upon arrival, we were disappointed with the layout of bedrooms and baths.The furnishings were spartan, especially in the primary bedroom. We had to purchase higher wattage light bulbs to read at nighttime.Vanity lighting in primary bath was very fickle.On our last night there, a large group of teenagers were very loud with music, and yelling until well past 1 am - we didn't expect this in a gated community.
