This quaint summer cottage is located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. We prefer to rent weekly, from either Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday but will consider shorter stays. The interior is casual Mediterranean style. The cottage is two stories above pilings with an enclosed garage below.

The first floor is a spacious living room with an adjoining dining area and convenient kitchen. The master bedroom and bath is tucked away on the first floor. Take the spiral staircase up to the wrought iron railed cat walk where two additional bedrooms are
located. The bedrooms upstairs have a bathroom in between them. Both bathrooms have large, tiled walk-in showers. One full-sized air mattress is also available. All counter tops (kitchen & bath) are granite.

The upstairs bedrooms have large balconies and the master bedroom steps out onto the main deck that surrounds the house. The large back deck(40'x20')has a seating area. There is also a large outdoor shower with hot/cold water and a dressing bench located downstairs between the garage and back stairs.

If your group is larger and you need more space, you can also rent my adjacent vacation rental at Vrbo # 4087419. Bring the whole family and rent both houses!

Location, Location location!!! The beach was seconds away! House was very clean and newly remodeled. Wrap around double deck was right out the door from the bedrooms and the main area. We spend every morning just hanging out drinking coffee and enjoying the family time! Nice big tv's in every room but we just mainly used the one in the main living area. We took long walks in the morning and evening on the beach and around the neighborhood. Very safe quiet neighborhood, and close to the main restaurants just a quick drive away. We brought our dog along and we were able to walk him around the neighborhood. Richard, the owner, greeted us upon our arrival and gave us the layout of the house. There was every appliance possible! We cooked a whole thanksgiving feast and had all the pots, pans and bowls needed. Hands down the best part of this house was the outdoor shower. I don't know why I love them but the cool breeze while taking a shower outside is so relaxing. Wonderful stay!

The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach but on a quiet road. Rooms accommodated 5 adults and 1 infant without feeling crammed. The house was very clean and cozy, we felt like we were at a friends house rather than a VRBO. The host met us at the property to let us in and show us around, I like this because previous properties you never see the owner. It was nice he showed us around and how to use certain things and showed us places we could use in the house. Without meeting him there, we may not have known we had access to. The deck was brand new and very nice. The host had basic supplies for us to use and had plently of extra bedding and towels. The host had items we could use at the beach so we didn’t have to rent or buy anything for the short trip. The host was open to communication if we had any issues, thankfully there were no issues but it was nice to know we would talk directly to him rather than someone not affiliated with him. Would 100% book from host again in the future.

I love this property - this was my second stay here. The deck is amazing. The outdoor shower is the best shower off all. The kitchen is very, very well equipped. The location is fantastic.

We loved the house! We so enjoyed Pensacola and couldn’t have asked for a better home owner to work with !! Oh and having all the newly renovated patios! The outside shower was a plus that we were surprised to like as well !

Great house

We had a great vacation! The house is very clean and very short walk to the beach. Richard is a very nice and attentive owner. The outside shower is great! Plenty of beach toys, chair and has a tent as well. We definitely will be back.

Great stay

Awesome property with amazing decks in very close proximity to Beach/access. It isn't a party neighborhood, but we were always able to have a good time on property hassle free. Very nice host. We would stay again.

Great trip!

We were in town for a family wedding and the house worked perfectly for us! The beds were super comfy and the entire house was clean and well stocked. The owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive. The only thing of note would be a small word of caution about the spiral staircase. We were perfectly ok with it but it is definitely steep and would be very difficult to navigate with any mobility issues. okthing

Great House for Blue Angels

This was a great house and we had a great time seeing the Blue Angels. I'm going to share my pros and cons of the home. These are just my observations. Cons *The master bedroom has a Jack and Jill bathroom shared with the kids room. *The downstairs bedroom is only a double (that should be the master) *my whole feng shui was thrown off (lol) As always we should end on a positive. Pros *so close to the beach. *nice big deck for lounging. *the outside shower is ahhhmazing (none of us showered inside...literally not once). This was my favorite feature of the house. *new deck off the upstairs *master has a comfy bed *owner offered beach chairs and things for our use. I'm sure there are things i missed but suffice it to say, we had a great time and the house was wonderful.

Amazing vacation

This property is outstanding. It has a big wrap around lower level deck and an upper level deck with a great view. The outdoor shower is huge. Inside is comfortable and well-equipped. It’s a super short walk to Pensacola’s white beaches. Highly recommend this spot if Pensacola is your destination!

The only place I’ll stay in Pensacola

This was my first time using Vrbo and I don’t think there could have been a better host with a great property to show me. Richard was an awesome host who is very strong in communication, fairness, and overall a great person. The property was perfectly located for a 2 minute walk to the beach. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with the open area down stairs was perfect for my group of 6 friends. The BBQ grills were a nice touch but the outdoor shower was the best part. 100% will be coming back and staying at this property again.

Convenient & Cozy

We had a nice time staying here. We enjoyed the upgrades like new second level deck and outdoor shower. The walk to the beach was only a block and a half and did not take long at all. The yard area around the house does have stickers so renters should be aware of that. The stairs can be a little tricky and I wouldn’t recommend for young children for safety purposes. We had a lovely time here though! This property was cozy for family hang out time and delightfully convenient to beach access! We would book again!

There was keyless entry that did not function, so 1key for 4 adults was unacceptable. We had no access to local TV or cable, Master bedroom is very small, no vanity space in bath, space was also limited because of extra items and bedding being stored so we never ‘unpacked’, bed was uncomfortable. Nice area, beautiful beach but would want better accommodations for return visit

Wonderful home!!

We had an amazing experience! The property owner has great communication and personally showed us the property and asked if we had any special requests. Wonderful Location

This house was perfect. The owner, Richard, met us on arrival and gave us a tour. He was readily available if we needed anything throughout our stay. The property was very clean and in a perfect location. Access to the beach was about a 2 minute walk, and we were close to attractions and restaurants. The house was fully stocked with kitchen equipment. We will definitely want to stay here on our next visit!

The home was very comfortable and had such a pleasant feel. The house was very clean and well stocked. The host was there to meet us and gave wonderful instructions on the house. House was perfect for all 7 of us. Great location! Nice quiet neighborhood even with all the 4th of July and Blue Angels activity. Awesome deck and all the toys you need for a wonderful family beach vacation.

Fabulous Vacation Spot!!!

The beach house was amazing! Lots of room and easy access to the beach! Beds we’re comfortable, huge table to play games on, TVs in each room, and a huge porch with table and multiple chairs and lounge chairs. To top it off the outdoor shower was a lifesaver!!!

We had a great time! Not a bad walk to the beach, close enough to the shops and restaurants to drive but not right in the middle of it all. There were not enough beach chairs so Richard went and bought brand new ones for us. Great host!
