Scam
The owner claimed he had not been paid by Expedia who own Hotels.com who I had paid and wanted me to pay again and claim it back. No go. That’s a scam. I’m waiting for my money back as I refused to pay or stay.

Double charging ok-ish room
I’m now going through the effort of reclaiming the money I had to pay to the hotel on arrival as he claimed that he had not been paid by Expedia. But I don’t trust this much. The toilet broke and made noise throughout the night. The bed was comfortable enough, but the experience overall was not pleasing.

Buyer beware! Like others I had problems with payment at this hotel. The owner insisted that he had not received payment from Expedia, while (after an hour long overseas conversation with Expedia, most of which I spent on hold), I was assured that they had spoken with the owner and he had my payment. He, however, disputed that and said he would refund me if he received payment. I ended up paying again just to be able to check out. While the accommodations were very comfortable and the owner helpful, something is going on here and I don't know who is at fault. Save yourself the headache (and money) and book elsewhere.

Different little place, but a comfy room on the Somme ponds, just a short walk to the village centre. Bright decor with a view over the garden, nice

Large comfortable room with large bathroom, big double bed. Expedia must to clarify their payment arrangement with the hotel, both to the customer and the hotel. When do I pay?

Attention Arnaque !
ATTENTION ARNAQUE ! Ne réservez surtout pas dans cet établisssement, j'ai reservé et payé pour 1 nuit et arrivé sur place j'ai trouvé porte close !!! J'ai essayé d'appeler mais n'a jamais decroché ! J'ai ensuite appelé hotel.com et eux non plus n'ont pas réussi à les avoir ! Et ils ne peuvent rien faire soi-disant qu'il fallait appeler 48h à l'avance ! (Mais c'est aussi écrit sur leur page que la réservation est ouvert 24h/24 !!! Résultat : 1h et 1 nuit de perdu et obligé de repayer un nuit dans un autre hotel !!! Vraiment inadmissible ! De plus regardez les autres avis, cet établissement est réputé pour arnaquer les gens...
