Fabulous location in one of Perth's best suburbs, this beautiful home is yours and is entirely private. Located 5 minutes to Murdoch University and less than 15 minutes to Fremantle and minutes away from the beach. Relax in your own private estate, stroll along the river is just minutes away.

Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families with kids, and big groups.

Restaurants, shops, cafe's, Perth Zoo, Perth CBD and the ferry to Elizabeth Quay are a short distance away.

This property is fully furnished and fully equipped with all cooking equipment, clean and fresh linen and towels, and appliances. We have a coffee machine with coffee pods for guests so you can wake up to a warm and refreshed cup of coffee.

3 bedrooms in the house, and is suitable to fit up to 6 guests with a combination of a master bedroom fitted with a king-sized bed, a room fitted with a king-sized bed, and another fitted with two single beds.

The front entrance includes an activity room with a comfortable sofa and a study desk for your convenience.

You'll have complete privacy throughout your stay. We are close-by so if there are any problems, it shouldn't be a hassle to come over and attend to your needs.

Bedroom 1 (Large master bedroom) - This room is complete with a very comfortable king-sized bed and very warm donna's for winter and cool donna's for summer. Includes storage to put your clothes, and basic amenities.

Bedroom 2 - This room is complete with a king sized bed of the greatest quality and very comfortable pillows so you can wind down after a long tiring day of exploring the beautiful Perth city. Has storage for guests who wish to unpack and not live out of a suitcase.

Bedroom 3 - This room is complete with 2 single beds (can be changed to 1 king sized bed, depending on who is staying). Each bed is fitted with soft covers that help you relax at night and keep you cool during the summers and warm in the winter.

Big entertainment area with its large open space. Includes high quality TV and the most comfortable couches that allow you to watch your favourite shows and movies at ease.

The kitchen is fully stocked for those who love to stay in and cook. For those coffee lovers, we have a brand new Espresso coffee machine with different flavoured coffee pods.

Guests will have access to the entire home and access to all amenities.
No interaction with guests, however, will be there when checking in if required. Otherwise, there is self check-in if guests would not like to meet in person. If guests would like a tour guide or any issues, they may contact us. Happy to help with all requests.

Amenities very poorly maintained, dirty bed linen & all the pots and pans very oily & couldn’t get clean. Garden a mess. So bad that we couldn’t stay. Tried to contact host and asked for refund, he wasn’t interested. Is there anything you can do to get a refund?

Please avoid

Had to book this property last minute and wish i never did. It was filthy and there must be a reason the bathroom and other rooms are not shown on the pictures. The pillows had hair and dirt on them. There were dead cockroaches under the sink. The back reception room smelt of mould and damp and had an infestation of ants on the rug. The back door did not lock properly and could not walk around without footwear as my feet were black with grime. This should not be listed on stayz as not fit for anyone to stay here. The ceiling in one of the rooms looks close to collapsing. Got a refund after 2 days and had to move out to another property

This house needs some TLC

I stayed here for 2 weeks with friends. First impressions were not good; some windows were cracked, there were dead cockroaches in cupboards, an ant infestation in the bathroom and living room, and dirt/ dust buildup in some areas. There is only air conditioning in the reception room so it was very hard to sleep on hot nights. Aside from this everything else in the house was in working order. It’s a real shame there are these issues, because there is potential for this to be a great place to stay; it's just not being maintained in the right way.

Avoid like the plague

There is so much mould , blood on curtains and linen Wet linen in linen press Hair and stains on bed sheets pillows donnas Furniture is disgusting stains and food on them. Smearing on furniture where grot has been just wiped and smeared. Food and splatter on walls Holes in walls. Shower is mouldy and shower head is ----------- Overwhelming smell of some sort of cleaner I think maybe, Food still on utensils Dirty coffee cups in cupboard Chipped crockery Plus more

Listing was inaccurate, house was dirty

We were Greeted with heaps of weeds and overgrown “lawn” in the back and front. When we got out of the car there was a pile of cigarette butts at the bottom step and a lot scattered. House is actually a 3x1 not 3x2 as advitised. Both “king” beds are just two single beds put together so very uncomfortable in the middle. Skylight in the bathroom and roof are covered in mould and when I went to close the curtain the pole fell and hit me. House was freezing as there is only a small gas heater in the lounge room also only had half a roll of toilet paper. House didn’t look like it had been cleaned before our stay. Definitely not worth what we paid and would not recommend it to anyone until it is fixed and looked after. Would

Black mould oozing down walks of family room, smell of mould also invaded rest of house

Couldn’t stay, walked in, saw problem and left. One of our party is asthmatic and was already getting symptoms just walking in. Do not stay here, it is a health risk.
