Golfers Retreat or Beach Getaway - you can enjoy both!

This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps 6 and is just perfect for your Mandurah holiday. Reverse cycle aircon in family / dining area & bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen beds both with built in robes and ceiling fans while third bedroom has trundle beds in single size, plus desk for laptop.
There is a Porta cot with linen that can be set up, plus high chair and stroller if needed.

Included in your booking is free WIFI, quality bed linen, pillows, doonas, electric blankets, towels and beach towels.
Kitchen has dishwasher, plenty of appliances and a small supply of pantry staples to get your started.
Living area has reverse cycle air con plus ceiling fan for your comfort. Large screen Smart TV, Netflix and Prime Video (included) DVD player & some dvd’s, books and board games for your enjoyment.
Small patio area has gas BBQ, shade sails and outdoor setting.
Undercover garage with access to inside has room for two cars.
Plus the bus stop is very close by which takes you to Mandurah Train station or the Mandurah foreshore which has a great playground for kids.

Meadow Springs Golf & Country Club is just a two minute walk or head to San Remo Beach to relax - a four minute drive for safe swimming at the Mandurah Surf Life Saving local beach.

A short walk to Meadow Springs Shopping Centre has all you need during your stay - Coles, Liquorland, Harris Scarfe, Chemist, Newsagent, Hairdresser & barber, Butcher, Bread shop, Petrol Station, Medical centre and a variety of take away foods to choose from including pizza, fish & chips, burgers, and chicken.

Lakeland’s Shopping centre is a 6 minute drive north also having plenty of specialty shops, while Mandurah Forum is a similar distance and is Mandurah’s major shopping outlet.

Leave yourself plenty of time to relax with all the local area has to offer. Take a cruise to see the dolphins or at Christmas enjoy the highly recommended cruise along the canals to see the best Christmas Lights lit up. Nearby cinema shows all the latest movies, or stop for a break at local cafes & eateries.
Mandurah boasts the annual Crab Fest in March , plus fishing and crabbing in season so more reasons to take a break !

Beautiful Home

We moved from Darwin to Perth and stayed here whilst finding a permanent rental. The house was beautifully presented with everything we needed.Its in a great location and close to local amenities. Lovely home.

My husband and I and our small dog stayed in this lovely home for two nights. Walking distance to supermarket and fast food, short drive into Mandurah and to the beach. It is in a lovely leafy street, quiet at night and relaxing. The home is spotless and comfortable. A home away from home. We hope to be back.

Perfect Stay

Absolutely beautiful, clean home from home. So comfortable, airy and spacious in a great quiet neighbourhood. Short drive to everything we needed shops, beach, Mandurah town. Home away from home

I enjoyed my stay at this property, it was clean, well presented and had a welcoming feel. The host is an absolutely lovely lady. Location is very convenient with a small shopping centre nearby. Highly recommend.
