Estive hospedada no imóvel entre 4 a 8 de agosto de 2022 o tempo não estava bom para ir a praia mais para caminhadas estava excelente porque o imóvel é perto de tudo que você precisa já fazia 12 anos que eu não ia para peruibe mais neste imóvel foi a primeira vez o anfitrião super atenciosamente os porteiros nota 10 super indico este imóvel

Não vale o preço que foi solicitado.
Vimos as fotos pelo site e reservamos em julho por ser no centro de Peruibe. Quando chegamos no imóvel ficamos decepcionados com a falta de conservação começando pela porta de entrada , paredes sujas, pia encardida ,torneira com uma ponta de mangueira suja, filtro de parede impossível de usar. geladeira enferrujada com a borracha danificada..fogão encardido e enferrujado no forno. Móveis quebrados inclusive um armário obstruindo a passagem para os quartos. O banheiro com um cimento bem mal feito ao redor do vaso sanitário, nojento. ..Box de plástico encardido e vazando e os fios da instalação do chuveiro amostra. Enfim não valeu o preço cobrado pelo que foi oferecido. Tinha um armário novo com pratos...copos...liquidificador..Micro ondas..talheres..xícaras. . Também tinham panelas.. Gostaria de cancelar as duas últimas parcelas que ainda faltam cair em fevereiro e março. Agradeço pela atenção e que a empresa antes de publicar o imóvel avalie o estado.
