Quarto ok, tinha um casamento do dreno do ar-condicionado. Pagamos para adicionar o café, mas foi um pouco abaixo do que esperávamos. Só tinha uma funcionária e ela estava se desdobrando entre limpar, preparar e repor as coisas. Ficou muito sobrecarregada, com isso, o atendimento acaba ficando ruim, não por culpa dela.

Fui para o Ibis com meu marido, tive uma boa experiência mas infelizmente quando cheguei peguei um quarto com condições ruins mas depois de depotar ao estabelecimento fui direcionada a outro quarto devido a má conservação do mesmo. Café da manhã muito farto e seus funcionários muito atenciosos. Voltaria com maior prazer a frequentar o estabelecimento novamente e indico com certeza o estabelecimento a qualquer pessoa que me perguntar devido ao bom trabalho de todos que me atenderam.

o hotel é bem limpo, organizado. O quarto é bem amplo. O que peca é que tem uma linha férrea muito próxima ao hotel e o trem não se furta a usar buzina, nem na madrugada. Nem tem isolamento que abafe isso.

O quarto era amplo e bem limpo. O isolamento acústico estava funcionando bem até a passagem da locomotiva, que passa em vários horários, inclusive na madrugada. Devido a proximidade da linha férrea realmente não creio que exista isolamento que dê conta disso. De regra foi uma hospedagem sarisfatória.

Cheguei no hotel apenas uma atendente, demorou bastante, cheguei na porta do quarto não abriu, voltei na recepção para validar o cartão. Quarto limpo e confortável. Café da manhã foi péssimo, tivemos que chamar a copeira para repor suco, pão de queijo demorou bastante, frutas não fomos atendendidos. Já fiquei neste hotel e desta vez a qualidade do serviço estava questionável.
