Comfortable Spot in N Philly

Nice quiet place to stay during my month working at St. Chris hospital which was only about a 7 min drive in the morning. Overall had a great stay with no issues. Gia was a very good communicator and extremely friendly, and I'll definitely be reaching out to her if I ever need a place to stay in Philly in the future!

Gia is the best there is

My son went by himself and Gia and her helper took very good care of him, I can’t express how thankful I am and I would recommend Gia to everybody looking to VRBO 100%.

Comfy, cozy place

This is a comfortable and cozy place not too far from Center City. Unlike other places I have stayed, this feels like you are staying in a friend's home. It has all the amenities and a comfortable bed. The host, Gia, is great. She is responsive to needs and questions and is a very nice person. Close to the center of town but not nearly as expensive. A very good value.

Great Host

This unit is very simplistic and basic, adequate for short visits or long stays. I'm personally not a fan of city living, but the location is centralized and does have good access to highways and other destinations. Street parking can be a hassle but there are numerous streets nearby that provide multiple options with short (~2 minute) walks at worst. The host, however is amazing. Very attentive and accommodating to guests with everything from providing resources for nearby food, attractions, and services to restocking basic household needs. Highly recommend her as a host.

The host is an angel!

I have traveled to probably 50 air BNB’s/VRBO’s all across the world and I have never encountered a more kind, giving, helpful host before. I mean it! Gia made us feel like we were her own family. My 11 year old daughter is disabled and needed a surgery at Shriners hospital for Children. We chose Gia’s place because of a fair price and just 10 minute drive to the hospital. There are limited choices in this area and this is going to be your best bet. There is a store (Bodega) just downstairs for any drink, snack, or quick item you need. The neighborhood may look rugged, but Gia’s neighbor helped bring all my belongings up the stairs, and the person at the store was extremely friendly. In just 13 minutes you’ll be at the heart of Philly with all the historic sites and amazing restaurants. I will be back!!!
