Located in downtown Philadelphia's Point Breeze neighborhood, the up-and-coming area is convenient to everything the city has to offer. A short walk to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars. 10 mins walk to city center and Passyunk Square.

This home offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, two of them are in suite bathrooms. Two unique outdoor spaces with a roof deck that offers panoramic skyline views and a Juliet balcony. Be the first ones to enjoy this modern and chic- home away from home!

1st floor - Fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa and large TV

2nd floor - Masterbedroom ( Queen bed) with an in suite master bath, ergonomic work setup with a screen. Also has the washer and dryer. Additionally there are two twin size foldable mattress for additional occupancy needs.

3rd floor- Bedroom with queen bed and private bath, overlooking with a Juliet balcony
4th floor- Bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom

Rooftop/5th floor- Panoramic city skyline views, outdoor area to enjoy equipped with outdoor furniture ( no events or parties, no loud music and maintain quiet hours on the rooftop post 7 pm)

Parking is a problem

The property is nice. The neighborhood not as much. There were no instructions in the house, like where extra toilet paper or trash bags etc. No notebook to welcome you and communicate things like what day is trash service and what to do at checkout. No window coverings on some windows. There wasn't a lot of seating available on the main floor. Parking is a nightmare. Other than that we enjoyed our time there. I would highly advise arriving in the daylight.

Worst Trip Ever

Ceiling leak in kitchen which I was expected to stay for a repair person during my trip with family that came from California? Upstairs room above master smelled moldy due to the ceiling in the bathroom being cut opened and taped off.Light bulb in Master bathroom going and acting like a strobe light.Outlets around kitchen counter not workingBasic cooking tools like measuring cups , can corkscrew not available. Pans old and stick.Street parking should read as alley parking and non-existent. Someone hit my car. Interior is non-friendly for toddlers. Had to keep my granddaughter in the pac and play, highchair or just hold her the whole time.I would like a refund!!!!!

Home Base Philly Style

It was fun to stay in this modern row home! Just like advertised, we had plenty of space and everything we needed for our visit. It was clean and tidy and the host was attentive when needed. Also, as advertised, parking is on the street, but we were able to find a spot each night. The city views are amazing!
