There's need for renovations, room carpet was worn and stained. In fairness they are renovating some areas. But we requested a room with walk-in shower and they couldn't provide this, this was the reason I picked this hotel over some others

The room was clean, when I checked in the supervisor by the of Khufu was very helpful, worked with me on my rooms. I give him 5 stars and more. Please ask for him for help. I gave it 4 stars because the rooms didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave in there or on the floor to warm up food. But overall it was a good stay, will be back.

What I enjoyed most about my stay was the bed. It was super comfortable and I honestly did not want to get out of it. The room was great as was the staff. The airport shuttle service was also excellent. Keep up the good work.

The worst experience. I checked in on Wednesday. Since the first word she seems like she had a really bad day, at the time of making the payment I did insert my card, the system took the payment and the machine said please removed card which I did. She made me redo it again and I asked her what is this for so she said it was about 2 nights fee, deposit, my pet fee, plus “today’s $100” like there’s a different deposit in other days. Told her I’ve already inserted the card she mentioned there’s no payment on her end. I showed her my cc. She was referring to me in a tone like she was my friend and she was telling her part of story “she said I don’t know twice” how a professional at a hotel front desk can say that to a new guest to respond any matter. She called her colleagues to made her statement right and valuable. After all her disrespect and lack of professionalism I asked “why you’re so mad and a very calm way just to make her think of her attitude at her job, she got even worse got 2 keys “she was going to gave me” and she took the keys and threw them at the counter aggressively, answered: who’s angry?I simply explained to you that there’s no payment in my system and it’s declined. She didn’t gave me the keys, after mentioning “I was going to but not now” WTH is that. She made me called the bank. Bank clarified exactly same. She presented herself as a manager but after the call ended she said I’m going to get the manager and then came back alone. Unbelievable and mediocre
