Great Stay Great Service

Pros: The handicap accessible room and pool area
Cons: Everything was good
Location: The Wal-Mart was very convenient and close
First my stay the hotel was great and my kids enjoyed the pool beach area but the best part of the room was the handicap accessible room . My husband is a paraplegic and he said that was one of best rooms that he stayed that had greatest handicap access you could ask for away from home. I just want to say THANK YOU because that made the stay even better because everyone felt like it was home.

Hotel in need of a refresher; convenient location

Pros: Conveniently located, good rates
Cons: Upkeep of the physical plant.
Location: Valley Forge Casino, Valley Forge National Park, King of Prussia Mall.
I often stay at Radisson hotels, I typically find them to be clean, nicely decorated, and generally nicer than budget brands. This hotel felt a little old; the lobby and other facilities were pretty nice and the front desk staff very friendly and helpful. However, my room was a bit of a different story. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. But, the lampshades were cracked and crooked, and could not be straightened. The furniture looked a little worn, the wallpaper was peeling in a few spots, a little water damage was evident in the ceiling near the mirror and the caulking in the bathroom looked as though it either had been done poorly, or needed to be redone again. In general, it just felt below the normal standard for Radisson hotels that I am used to. However, it was very close to the King of Prussia Mall, attached to Valley Forge Casino, and only about 35 minutes from the airport. The staff throughout from housekeeping to front desk were welcoming and friendly. The bar staff could have been slightly more attentive but the service was adequate. Overall I give the staff an A but the hotel a C.

The hotel was just okay!

The toilet was leaking when we arrived, they sent maintenance to fix it. There were no wall outlets to plug up the iron I had to plug it up in the bathroom. There was also no plug on the lamp on the night shand, however there was a power strip under the bed that had the lamp and clock plugged into it. I only found the power strip because a wire was hanging out which is dangerous to have under an Ed skirt which can catch fire.

Great hotel if you NEVER plan to be in the hotel..

Pros: Not much
Cons: Staff that isn't rude. Rooms that have windows.
Location: There is a casino across the parking lot.
Stayed overnight at this hotel during a business trip. The staff was rude at check-in. I walked up to the counter and their exact words, "What do you want?" I told them I was checking in and they did so but didn't tell me where my room was and when I asked the gal said, "I'm busy can't you read." The room was comfortably appointed, but it was a cave. No windows and I think every drain pipe in the hotel went through our walls since all night we could tell anytime someone flushed their toilet.

We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention, and hope for another opportunity to exceed your expectations in the future.

Pros: Valley Tavern, Great Bartenders, Great Drinks, AMAZING food, the best I've ever had at a Hotel Restaurant.
Cons: Executive rooms need to be advertised for what they really are. Would be nice if hotel had a hot tub.
Location: Great food and drink, Valley Mall, Valley Forge Casino and nightlife. Valley Beach Pool is great
The hotel is beautiful, great dining, entertainment and comfortable rooms. However the executive rooms, are IN THE BASEMENT with no windows and kind of feel like a cave, The Travelocity room description didn't detail this very well and it played havoc with my claustrophobia. The hotel staff however, was very accommodating, helped move me to a more suitable room, and my experience at this hotel was fantastic.
