ADDITIONAL RULES:
○ By booking this property, you are agreeing to sign our rental contract & provide your email address after booking so we can send you our rental contract.
○ Upon booking you are also agreeing to providing your photo ID and completing our screening process through Safely.
○ Minimum age of primary renter: 30
○ Quiet hours go into effect at 9:00 pm, No amplified noise or musical instruments outside.
○ Parking is limited to 6 cars in the driveway at the property.
○ Standard occupancy is 16 guests, and maximum occupancy is 23 guests. Each guest exceeding the standard occupancy will be charged an additional guest fee of $30/night per guest per night.
○ Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee with prior approval.
○ Renter shall not store/park any trailer, boat, mobile home, RV, camper, machinery, equipment, or commercial vehicle on the driveway or street.
○ Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Written approval is required.
○ For bookings made within 48 hours of check-in, we do our best to accommodate regular check-in time of 4pm but it could be as late as 6pm.

Peaceful location with so much to do for young adults

Peaceful location within a short drive to anything in Scottsdale. Pool and backyard was the perfect place to cool down and relax in the summer heat. The pool table and game room kept the family entertained. Many places to relax for some peace and quiet or to gather as a family. We made many great memories there.

Beautiful place!

This house was perfect for our girls trip in August. Everything was fully stocked from the kitchen to the pool. The backyard was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute! Definitely need an Uber or car to get everywhere, but a peaceful location. Would definitely come back!

Unbeliebable place!

We stayed at this house for a golf trip at the end of February, trust me it wont disappoint! We had 10 people and had absolutely no issues with room! The back yard is gorgeous and the pool was nice even though we didn't get to use it much! I would 100% recommend staying here when In Arizona!

Perfect house for our family vacation

We just spent 10 days at this wonderful home. I was there with my two adult children, their significant others, my three granddaughters and some family friends. The house is large enough and laid out in a way where everyone had their own space yet we had Fantastic community space to spend time together. The bedrooms, all had king size beds, and enough bathrooms for each family group to have their own. There’s a fantastic game room and a pool table and bar in the greaenjoyed. The hoto it and the landscaping.

This house was a wonderful family reunion location! We had 10 people total and the house was big enough that we didn't feel crowded. Perfect for family of 9!!!

Easy to get to! Easy to get anywhere from! Kids loved the pool and swam numerous times a day. When they weren't swimming they loved the theatre room. House perfectly welcomed our party of 9, including a baby. Grocery stores and food super close. Hope to stay again next year!

Certainly a luxury home

We had a great time. The house was fantastic. Pool was great, rooms were beautiful and well stocked, the kitchen was very nice and of course, the theater room and pool table were a bonus. It is close enough to golf and Spring Training games as well as Scottsdale itself, yet apart enough to provide a quiet environment while dozing by the pool. Oh, and I should not forget the great BBQ cabana in the back yard with its own stereo system!

This property is the perfect combination of luxury and comfort. Decorated like it belongs in a magazine, everywhere I turned I saw another well thought out detail letting me know how much thought went in to making our stay an experience we will never forget. Scottsdale Gem

Our recent stay at this property was nothing short of amazing. The location was absolutely prime for golf at the Troon North courses and TPC Scottsdale. After a tough day on the links, we returned to the house for a relaxing swim in the heated pool, cocktails poolside following by a gourmet dinner prepared on the outdoor grille and in the well outfitted kitchen. After dinner, relax outdoors around the fire pit or indoors in the home theater room. No shortage of amenities. A truly great place to stay.
