The entire property was very tired looking. Our bathroom sink did not drain, large tear in my husband’s bath towel, other side of the back of the bathroom door was filthy. I have pictures if interested. Long black hair on the bathroom floor.

Staff was courteous and check in was a breeze. The pool and hot tub has been under construction for over a year. The location is great but the inside is in dire need of a makeover. I believe the carpet is still the same from when it was the Four Points over 20 years ago. Key card reader didn't work well. But the water pressure and shower were excellent.

Hotel was old and rundown. We had to change rooms first one smelled Ike smoke. I asked to get a refund and manager said no. Many people hanging around outside, did not feel secure there. Would not stay there again. Front desk person upon check in not very helpful and rude. Trina the other front desk person much better.

The hotel is very clean and the beds are comfy. Very secured. Staff is also friendly. I’ve travel to Phoenix many times within the past three years and stayed at other hotels and this is the one I’ve liked the most. Only downside is that the pool has been under renovation for three years.

The only thing to write about is they don’t have a pool or hot tub. I had looked online at pics and it showed a pool and hot tub. I was disappointed when we arrived to find out it was under construction or broken.

Room was clean and quiet. The shower was nice and it wasn’t clogged! The bed was not the most comfortable but I didn’t have a problem falling asleep. Free parking is always welcomed!
