The address is not for an Extended Stay America, it belongs to an Emerald Suites. The phone # when you call it just wants you to leave a message. Had to call Expedia to fix the issue.

Not family friendly

I was extremely disappointed. One bed was comfy, the other was flat and was smaller than the frame. The drain in the shower was extremely slow. The worst part was all the drug addicts outside. They also let people live there. It was just weird and extremely uncomfortable. Also the lady in the front office did not the guys in front of me a pet fee but charged me. Also a huge uhual showed up and a bunch of homeless people with garage bags came out of rooms and loaded up. Not safe at all!! I was planning on staying in Az longer but booked at a different hotel.

When we checked in everything seemed fine however the first room we were given the door was propped open and it had a full trash can, dirty towels on the floor and looked as though it had not been cleaned. Therefore, we went back to the lobby to get a different room after the kind front desk lady trying to locate us a room she found us another and we headed to that room. On the way we ran into the gentleman who checked in after us who was headed back into the lobby and told us the room he was given was occupied when he opened the room which then left us feeling unsafe in our room not knowing if they would assign someone else to our room while we were in it. Definitely would not stay again as this was way unorganized and unprofessional but the front desk agent was super sweet.

The property is clean, staff always very friendly and property is in a very convenient location. The only thing was that I booked a room with a King size bed and got a smaller room with a Queen. Did not bring it to anyone’s attention because it was late at night and didn’t want to deal with it at the moment

Shady security guard

We usually have an enjoyable stay but this time around there was a "security guard," that was a real creep. Not only was he a creep he is also a thief. As we were loading our vehicles, one person was bring our belongings down the steps and setting on the edge of the walkway snd i was loading it. Well we caught him sneakjng off to his vehicle with 3 of our bags. When we confronted him he claimed he got them out of the trash which is far from the truth. I am missing several items and my wife is missing a marc jacobs purse and several other items. He was also caught with his ear to our door and to top it off he was standing way too close to my wife as she was bent over loading our luggage. Not okay with that behavior.
