Did not know that the property charges $7 per vehicle per night. First time of being aware of this. Stayed at property before and never had to pay for parking.

Customer service was excellent and very welcoming. Rooms were big and clean, bit too cold for my preference but luckily aircon was easy to adjust. Breakfast was ok, but would´ve prefer more fresh components. Location was good, felt that you are outside busiest city centre but public transport route went next to hotel and Heard museum was within short walking distance.
