Francisco was very friendly as well as helpful and professional at check in. There was minor issue with our TV and he promptly got it fixed and working. The room was lovely, well furnished and stocked with amenities.Breakfast was tasty.

Hotel is well located, we usually pay $8-$15 to shopping areas, restaurants, etc (some XL rides, tip included). Room was very clean, the breakfast was good alternating between scrambled eggs and omelets, sausages , bacon and breakfast patties, plus the usual American breakfast. Staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. They keep stock of clean towels by the pool so you don’t have to bring any from the room. They do not have a shuttle on site by they schedule a Lyft from/to the airport upon request. Overall we are pleased with our stay. Definitely recommended.

The shuttle airport was the easiest part of the stay. The bathroom stunk like sewage and it spread through the room. It was pretty disgusting. There was mold in the bathroom stall in several areas (I took pictures).

The room was nice and spacious. I appreciate full-size shower toiletries available. The bathtub and shower curtain combo were dated and the bathtub floor creaked once inside. Breakfast was good. I loved the airport transportation and luggage storage until our flight time.
