Absolutely loved the staff and amenities yes parking was absolutely the hardest part but it’s downtown phoenix what you expect other then that it was amazing and would recommend to anyone especially since it’s close to Sheraton hotel

The staff texting to make sure the room was ok was really great! We ended up needing help with our thermostat. I texted Bryce at the front desk and he came right up and fixed it. The complimentary breakfast was much better than most. Lots of variety!
