On checkin i was told that valet parking was $36 and i took it. My wife also heard the same. On checkout they told me its $46 and they were not taking my word that this was what i was told. It may have been a mistake of the employee at checkin but they refused to accept it. When you pay $250 for a room you are not going to make an issue for $10 difference but its the principle. The employees there couldn't get this unfortunately so very poor form on their end. Never again in this hotel!

I was in town for a conference located across the street, so it was very convenient. I checked in early and they had a room available for me which ended up being all the way at the end of one hall, but it was so quiet and peaceful, so no complaints.
