Nestled in quiet neighborhood, this spacious modern guest home (1399 sq ft) has all the amenities to make it feel just like home. Filled with light, well-curated, and close to Lake Pleasant, Vistancia, hiking, biking trails, golf, shopping, restaurants and more this home makes for an unforgettable visit.

Nestled in quiet neighborhood, this stand alone guest house has its own private entrance and plenty of parking in the front. The beautifully landscaped backyard includes outdoor furniture, a kid's playset, and a chicken coop filled with chickens. Both bedrooms have doors that lead to the back patio with a gas grill, outdoor bistro table and chairs.

We are excited to welcome you to our guest house. We live right next door, so please don't be a stranger and let us know what we can do to make your visit amazing!

This casita tops the charts for design, comfort, cleanliness, accommodations and owner quality. Leah has gone to great lengths to ensure a great experience. Modern, clean, well appointed. Beautiful linens, great bedroom spaces. Even a laundry room. We travelled with my 91 yr old mother and everything was easily accessible for her. Had great communication with the owner and enjoyed the backyard space. Have already recommended it to family and will definitely be back!

Beautiful inside and out

Loved the location even though it was further from our family for the family reunion, we would stay again. It’s a beautiful part of the area and the neighborhood felt safe and private. The decor inside was modern and higher end decisions and a bed so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The host was friendly and communicated well. Hope you enjoy your stay!

Best place to stay in Peoria!

One of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed at. The house and property were beautiful and stocked with everything you could need. Incredibly quiet and peaceful. Restaurants and shopping were close and convenient. Leah was an amazing host. Readily available without ever feeling “watched” and incredibly responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed the pickleball court and watching the chickens and bunnies in the yard. This will be our new home base every time we visit Phoenix!!

Lovely, comfortable, perfectly clean, new. Everything was provided to make ourselves at home. Owner, Leah, is very welcoming and accommodating.
