Each furnished apartment has its own full-size washer and dryer, luxury bed and bath linens, and abundant closet space. There are HDTVs in the living room and every bedroom, and all utilities are included featuring high-speed WiFi.

Cleanliness has always been top of mind for our team and residents, but in this climate, we have increased the frequency of our cleaning and disinfecting in all high-traffic and high-touch areas to prevent the spread of germs. We have partnered with Ecolab Inc. to provide the highest levels of sanitation as we prepare furnished apartments after check-out. We offer complementary monthly housekeeping on stays of 30 days or longer. The cleaning fee is for cleaning upon check out. A signed lease agreement is required for stays of 30 nights or longer. A non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet will be due upon arrival.
