NEW Listing- Great Condo in a Gated Community! Close to 1-10 and the 303 making it easy to get around. Property is nestled in a small, private, quiet community next to several golf courses, The Famous Wigwam Resort, Westgate where the NFL Stadium and Concert Venue are located and minutes away from all the Spring Training Venues as well. This is a comfortable two bedroom, two bath unit with fireplace that makes it cozy during the holidays. If looking for stuff to do outdoors there is plenty of great hiking, biking and other events happening around the area to enjoy. If just wanting to relax, please enjoy the pool or hot tub, that is here too! We are all about making your stay comfortable, fun and enjoyable so please tell us a little bit about what your looking for and we will do our best to accommodate your arrival with some special touches. This is a GREAT property for Snowbirds wanting to stay awhile as it is fully stocked kitchen, laundry, bedrooms and bath to accommodate anyone staying for a length of time. The owner lives locally and can help make your stay memorable.

The condo was well decorated and clean. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood & amenities are very nice as well. The hosts were kind and responsive. We’ve stayed in the Litchfield Park & Goodyear areas before and the jets are no louder here than they are anywhere else. We would stay again & would recommend it to others.

Everthing was quite good. This is one of these very unfortunate situations in which one thing has such a huge impact on an otherwise good thing. The jets (and they're VERY loud) take off at 7:22 am

The Meeting Place

Comfortable and well appointed this condo fit our needs perfectly. We were out west to visit family nearby. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. The separate dining room was a great way to enjoy your family and friends while eating together. The up to date western theme decor fit well in every single room.

Great place to stay

This was the perfect place to stay during spring training. Close to the Cleveland Indians stadium, lots of restaurants and shopping. It’s close to I-10 if you want to go to Phoenix or surrounding areas. There is a community pool, but it’s not heated so you really can’t swim in March. Wish the association would reconsider putting in a heater. Stacey was great at communicating with us and had everything we needed!! I would stay here again.

Much better than expected, a truly 5 star experience!

Stacey and Jeff were the best hosts that we ever have experienced. We arrived a little early and the gladly let us check in a few minutes early. The explained everything about the property in great detail and spent the time we needed to become comfortable with their property. The is the best furnished property we have ever visited. Other than food we needed nothing. We had one issue with a TV and they went out and bought a new one within an hour. We will definitely be back with our friends. The location is second to none! This is destined to be one of the most sought after properties in the west valley. Bruce and Chris Ft, Collins Co.

Very comfortable and great location

Our hosts met us on arrival and have a manual for everything you need to know! Very helpful. The property has everything you need plus gated community for safety. The bed was amazingly comfortable!
