Everything was great except the bar/restaurant shutting down early before 9pm! And the poolside bar/restaurant-same. Seems us mid week stayers didn’t quite get all the amenities we expected. Other than that, the place is great!

Hotel staff was friendly especially the staff at the pool and roof top bars. WiFi didn’t work and there was little cell phone coverage in our room. Was offered a room switch to an upper floor. However WiFi still wasn’t able to hold a steady connection.

Overall was average, water toke about 5 mins to even get warm, the rug was peeling up in the corner which revealed the double sided tape, it also looked dirty . Other than that staff were helpful, bed was comfy.

The room could use a good cleaning, baseboards were dusty (hair), the small shelf inside the shower has mold on the grout lines. Remove the big rug under the bed, it’s dirty. The towel hooks are loose. The toilet lever kept popping off inside the tank and we had to remove the tank cover several times to adjust it so it would flush. The refrigerator was noisy. The room needs a little TLC. The hotel has a cool retro vibe. We’ll be back!!

Rooms are in poor shape. Feels like a typical motel and not a 4 star hotel as advertised. Do not believe the AI generated pictures. Everything is very dated - stained rugs, stained curtains. Shower heads look like they were never cleaned. I love Phoenix but wouldnt stay in this hotel again.
