This spacious completely remodeled 2 BDr / 2 Bath furnished town home is located in the heart of Scottsdale's Mc Cormick Ranch, in the established Santa Fe Development, minutes from premier dining, shopping, golf and sporting events. After a full day enjoying one of these venues, you will thoroughly relax and enjoy the respite of this comfortable and stylish townhome. Want a day to just relax at home? Take a leisurely morning stroll around the property, enjoy a quick lunch, and spend the afternoon watching TV, reading on the patio, or taking a quick nap.

Our townhome has been completely remodeled and updated with the floor plan opened up, the ceilings raised, and skylights added throughout. The bright and open floor plan opens up to both an intimate front patio, and a spacious secluded back yard with lots of seating, night lighting, and landscaping. Enjoy premium finishes such as travertine floors and brand new wood tile floor throughout with no carpet. Premium cabinets with granite countertops rounds out the kitchen.

NEW furniture, fixtures - furnished with 2 brand new king size beds, bedding, couches, dining set, bar stools, TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, plus numerous decorator touches.

As you step through the double carved wood entry doors, you will notice the expansive entry with custom tile and travertine, accent lighting, and large open ceiling.

The living room features an entertainment friendly layout with a full size L shaped Thomasville sofa and a separate reading area. Corner desk and Thomasville chair for remote office work or tasks.

Enjoy the 48” flat screen TV, mounted above the classic wood burning fireplace. The available Wi-Fi network will help you stay in touch with the world, or look for that new restaurant. Views from the living room to the spacious patio beyond, are sure to please, while skylights flood the room with natural sunlight.

Transition into the dining and kitchen bar area, with entertaining spaces thoughtfully laid out and complete with touches such as a 28 bottle wine cooler. Traditional dining for 6 Racheal Ray Farmhouse table with 6 upholstered chairs. The open kitchen bar counter allows the chef to completely be a part of the entertaining, while till preparing appetizers or hour de ouvres. Drinks can be served from the wine refrigerator and the sideboard.

The kitchen comes compete with all appliances, dishes, and utensils needed, including a large side by side refrigerator / freezer with ice and water, coffee maker, single serve and traditional coffee, tea kettle, can opener, blender, spices, etc. If outdoor cooking is your choice, enjoy the new 5 burner grill on the back patio.

At the end of the evening retire to the luxurious master suite, taking time to relax and read on the king size bed, or the cozy reading space, watch TV on the 42” flat screen, or step out onto its own patio to enjoy a nightcap under the stars.

The master bath features premium travertine tops and splashes, his and her sinks, and a glass block enclosed sunken shower located in the private toilet room. The large master closet assures enough room for both his and her clothes and luggage racks.

If guests are joining you, they too will enjoy their own large bedroom complete with a second king bed and 40” flat screen. This bedroom also opens to the front patio, has its own spacious walk in closet, and is adjacent to the second bath, complete with a large shower and travertine touches throughout.

For those times when clothes need to be freshened up, dry cleaning pickup and delivery is available, or the handy laundry room by the kitchen can meet the need as well with its washer and dryer.

The spacious and secure garage has plenty of room for two cars, golf clubs, and room to park the four beach style bicycle cruisers available for your use. Enjoy the miles of bike friendly paths available Scottsdale has to offer.

The Ranch Santa Fe s was spacious and clean. The owner was very responsive to a problem with the refrigerator. Had a new replacement in a few days.An issue was the master bath. It was open to the bedroom, hence no privacy. The shower was a strange 3 step down with no grab bars. My wife would not use it. Overall we were pleased with the rental and location.Forgot to mention that the pool and spa that were advertised were closed for repair.

Expensive but well worth it.

Everything was comfortable and well taken care of. The only two things that I would like to mention, the two steps from the dining room to the living room or relatively hard to see, especially at night. I have put a large bag on the step just to visually remind me of the steps. One other small item is the toilet bowls are very low. Other than those items, everything else was very good. Great house for our weeklong stay! Very clean with two master suites on opposite sides of the house. Perfect for 2 couples. The house has a very cosy outdoor patio with a firepit, heater and string lights. It’s in a central location close to restaurants.

Lovely stay in McCormack Ranch

The property was comfortable and well appointed. It was perfect for our family of four. The bedrooms and living area were good sized and we enjoyed the heated back patio. The kitchen was well stocked. Only constructive suggestion would be to get a new coffee maker as we weren’t able to make the pods work. Also, unfortunately, the community hot tub and pool broke down during our stay (no heating) and we weren’t able to fully enjoy that amenity. Not the owners’ fault but disappointing nonetheless. Overall, though, it was a very nice stay in a convenient location, and very comfortable for a family of four.

Exceptional Home!

We have stayed at many VRBO homes and this property is exceptional. The home is very clean and well stocked with everyday items. The layout of the home feels large with 2 master bedrooms that have extremely comfortable beds, large shower and large closets. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but located close enough to anything you want to do with a short walk or drive. The property owners are fantastic and really care about the guest experience. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Scottsdale!

The 4 of us had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable home. The home is very clean and well equipped. The only thing I would mention is beware of the step into the living room and there are no handicapped bars in the shower and by toilets — would be appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and loved the outdoor patio area.

This property was perfect in every way for our trip to Scottsdale. It is spacious and relaxing and has a wonderful location. We used the community fitness center and pool, and loved the ease of walking and biking on the greenway paths. The home itself is an oasis of relaxation , especially the patio which we utilized every day of our stay. The owners are responsive and kind, and the home had everything we needed.

A Great 3 Week Stay!

This patio home is in a McCormick Ranck development, centrally and conveniently located in Scottsdale. The property has a beautiful big outside patio and the area is very quiet. Also a very nice community pool and fitness center that's never busy. The pool has a great view over the golf course and the mountains to the West. The owners live nearby and are very responsive to any questions or issues that might arise. The home was well stocked and the check in and check out process couldn't have been easier.

Lovely McCormick Ranch rental

We had a fabulous stay at this McCormick Ranch two bedroom rental. The location is terrific, a few minutes from the green belt and walking path that goes for miles. The home is beautifully updates with all the comforts of home. The patio is wonderful with several different seating areas, beautiful plantings, lighting, a fire table and heater. The host was very responsive. We would definitely rent again.

Wonderful property

Carolyn and Aric’s home was perfect for our 9-day stay in Scottsdale. The location is central to everything - restaurants, shops, golf, walking paths. We had warm temps a few days and were able to enjoy one of the pools as well. The home itself has all the amenities so it’s like home away from home. The backyard is amazing and includes multiple seating areas with a fire table and outdoor heater which was great to have on the cooler evenings. The check in/check out process was so easy and the we felt welcomed and comfortable! We highly recommend booking and staying at this property!

Great stay!

The patio home was perfect. Check in and communication with Carolyn and Aric was easy and immediate. The location next to the bike path was so fun. The home comes with 4 bikes, so we used them often. Even biked into Old Town for lunch. We really loved the central location - easy drive to Old Town and North for hiking and golf. The home was immaculate and up to date. Both mattresses and bedding were very comfortable. Very clean with new furniture, accessories and kitchen items. The patio is amazing with lots of seating, easy to use fire pit and a heater. We would definitely stay again.
