Stay Close to Culture & Sports Venues in a Spacious & Stylish Butterfly Studio
Welcome to Central Phoenix. We are located in the heart of the city where you can walk, ride, or light rail to restaurants, bars, sports and entertainment venues, shopping, and art. When you arrive Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport we are about 10 minutes away or jump on the light rail and it will take you one block from our home for just a few dollars. We love our neighborhood.
How the space got itâs theme: Our home is located on Mariposa and it means butterfly in Spanish, we thought it would be appropriate to give this Casita a colorful theme.
Our Casita has just been remodeled with spacious and private living areaâs indoor and outdoor. Located in the Pearson Place Historic District next to Melrose you will be staying right behind our 1930âs home with easy gate access to your place. The Butterfly Studio has a kitchenette, bar for 6, living area, king bed, and queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy a large flatscreen Smart TV with access to Netflix, HULU Live, and other entertainment choices included sports channels. The outdoor space is spacious and secluded with a grill, tables, bar, and lounging areas. The double french doors can stay open to bring the outdoors in. Easy access to laundry facilities on property. You can entertain, do yoga, listen to music, watch movies, or just relax. Our goal is to make our home yours.
Plenty of street parking. Safe keyless entry. Outdoor security camera monitoring.
This property was just want we wanted-near light rail and free parking/lower rates than downtown. Room was clean and kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom is small (sink area), but we managed. Bed was comfortable, A/C worked well but is a bit noisy. Also, outdoor lights were on all night and caused room to be very light-harder to sleep for a light sensitive person.
This is a cute little studio guest house in a quiet neighborhood close to some great restaurant areas - many within walking distance (like Uptown Plaza)! This is the second time we've stayed in this neighborhood and I adore it for a more relaxing stay where you don't have to worry about city traffic and figuring out where to park (and paying for parking for that matter). Welcome snacks and bottled water were out for us (I love little touches like this!), along with a nice coffee and tea selection. There's everything you need to store leftovers in the fridge or heat up a quick meal if need be.The studio itself is very spacious and the bed was comfortable as well. There are common areas outside with chairs and tables and a fire pit to share with other guests (there is another studio rental and main house on the property). We didn't take advantage of these but it's nice to have the outdoor space for when the weather is nice to relax and have a drink or two.Highly recommend and we definitely look forward to staying here in the future!
