The brand new heated 2022 saltwater Pool & Spa, beautiful landscaping, in-pool chaises, beach cabana & fire pit provide an upscale and unique beach club feeling at home. 2 masterfully created murals, a stunning neon flower wall, and a wonderful selection of wallpapers provide countless photo opportunities and will fulfill your wildest IG dreams.
The property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic. The neighborhood is residential and very safe (have never even experienced a porch prirate!). Old Town is a 7 minute Uber ride and the airport is just 10 minutes away.

The stylish 5 bedrooms include comfortable king & queen size beds, mirrored beauty stations and generous closet space. 3 bathrooms including an oversized and newly renovated luxury bathroom, a custom beauty bar and many beauty stations throughout the house ensure a perfect place to get ready - even for larger groups. One bedroom even provides a custom-made built-in queen-on-queen bunk bed. No matter if you celebrate your bachelorette party, friends getaway or anything else, you won't run out of photo opportunities.

The living room has a jaw-dropping electric fireplace (that changes colors via remote) with a 65 inch 4K TV with built-in Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube and streaming capabilities. Chefs can cook their group a feast in the brand new fully equipped kitchen. The West Elm dining room that seats 10 will be the perfect place to dine as a group. If you need a fresh outfit, the laundry room is available for your use with laundry supplies and LG appliances.

After spending an afternoon in the backyard of the The Pink Palm, you'll never want to leave! The brand new pool features a baja shelf with in-pool loungers and a spa built for 10+ guests. The white daybed provides the perfect pool-side ambiance and will surely be a coveted photo op! On chilly night after the spa, pour a glass of wine and gather around the firepit.

The Pink Palm will be the perfect place to spend your bachelorette party in scottsdale or weekend with your ladies and you'll make memories to cherish for years.

Please note that the spa is heated year-round free of charge. The pool can be heated upon request. Heating fee is $75 per day (with a $150 minimum).
Dogs up to 30 lbs are allowed for a pet fee of $70 per stay.

Please keep enjoying yourselves but be mindful of the neighbors when outside at late hours after 10pm. The city of Scottsdale is VERY strict about this and may issue fines. According to Scottsdale's noise ordinance loud music outdoors is not allowed at any time of the day. In case you listen to music outdoors please keep the volume low

Fun and beautiful place to stay!

I recently stayed at this property with 10 other girls for my bachelorette party and we absolutely loved it! The place was so cute and looked just like the pictures. My daughter and her bridesmaids just got back from their trip this weekend and raved about the property! They loved the pool area and said the bathrooms were spacious enough for a large group of girls to get ready at the same time. The location was ideal - not far from the airport and close to Old Town. The cutest house ever!

We celebrated my 40th birthday with myself and 11 girlfriends. We had the best time! It’s the cutest house and has all the amenities we needed. The host was very responsive. We did have to ask a few times to get the hot tub to heat up enough so that we could use it, but the host took care of it right away each time we asked.
