Excellent and responsive communication from the host. Perfect place to stay while visiting Cal Poly — close proximity to the school and giving us easy access to Pismo Beach. The walk to the beach is easy and less than 5 minutes, just down the street a few blocks. Lots of eating options close by. Comfortable beds, nice towels, and we appreciated the beach chairs. We would definitely book here again.

I loved this house so much. My friends and I stayed for my birthday weekend and we felt so comfortable at home. Perfect location to walk around pismo. The host was very sweet as well. I would definitely come back and stay here again, and I definitely recommend you to also!

We kept referring to this property as "perfect" for our family. The location was less than a block from scorpion coffee which was delicious. Also, less than a block from Rosas Italian food. Which came in clutch when wanting takeout after a long day at the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

3rd Year Get-Away with Grandkids

Thoroughly enjoyed our week with our grandkids at your condo. Now a Tradition!! Perfectly situated for morning beach walk to donuts or cinnamon rolls and playtime on the beach! The Condo is well equipped...Thank You!! But could use a few more potholders in the kitchen and hooks for towels in the bathroom with the shower. Thank You again for memories made!!

Very clean, we got a parking spot in the driveway which was convenient. First floor unit was available for us, very nice. First floor is convenient, but you have to put up with lots of noise from people up late. Otherwise, everything was clean.

Conveniently located by the beach

Cute modern unit located within 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. The unit itself was nice and included an outside shower for convenience. Only complaint was neighbors were very loud and the upstairs unit was also very loud during our stay. No sound proofing between units at all, you can hear every movement any of the units make.

Great location

Overall, enjoyed our stay at this property. A little noisy with the people upstairs above you, but other than that, it was a nice place. Wish they would have the barbecue pits fully stocked with propane, not many pots and pans to work with but other than that very happy with our stay and will be staying here next year.

The place is very nicely decorated. Very clean and comfortable the location is terrific with easy walks to the beach, the pier, and lots of great restaurants and coffee choices. The only negative thing is the noise from the upstairs apartment, once it was addressed it got much better but there was an awkward afternoon trying to figure out how to tell people traveling with children to calm it down. The host responded immediately and it got much quieter. The outside patio is very nice too with seating and grills.
