I purchased a suite for my sons Birthday which allowed 8 people to swim. I had 6 children in the pool area. My elderly mother stopped over to see my son before she went to the Lobby to wait for the kids to be done. The staff questioned my family outside the pool area about how many members we had when they were clearly not dressed to go inside. However when 2 white couples entered the pool area with 8-10. Children a piece no one questioned how many people paid for a room or where they were. It’s sad to see that discrimination still exists in 2026

Wanted to extend my stay and a guy working the desk said I couldn’t without rebooking and paying another 50 deposit and nobody was him at the time and I knew this wasn’t true as I did it last time I stayed but ended up just leaving instead of the hassles and my money being held up!
