Don't pass up this opportunity to be "A Wave From It All"!

This recently updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath home offers true relaxation and convenience. Just one block from the beach, this is a prime location. Float in the private pool, play ping pong in the downstairs entertainment area, and watch the sunset from the wrap-around porch. A true island paradise with all the essentials to make your vacation easy and fun.

Both bedrooms have King beds and smart TVs. The family room sofa is a queen pull out. Washer and dryer just off kitchen.

Kitchen is well equipped for cooking and grill is located just past the pool under grill gazebo. Downstairs on ground level is an entertaining, chill zone. Make a tropical drink at the bar, watch your game/shows on the TV, dine in the fresh air- make the best of this outdoor living area. This house will give you memories for a lifetime.

Beach chairs, kayaks, bikes, towels and toys are included.

Don Pedro Island (Palm Island) is only accessible via ferry. Cars, golf carts and pedestrians are transported to and from the island on the ferry. Please visit palmislandtransit.com for rates and transport schedule/times. All guests are responsible for their own ferry fees.

There is a Publix grocery store located about 5 minutes from the ferry access. The island has a small convenience store, along with a casual restaurant (Rum Bay) and ice cream shop (Coconuts).

Golf cart rentals are available on the island. Upon booking with us, you will be sent a recommendation for booking.

NOTE - During peak season, January - March, there is a minimum 7 day stay.

We felt more like valued friends or family as opposed to renters in this wonderful Palm Island home. They left goodies for us and we had at our disposal their normal spices, saran wrap, aluminum foil, etc. Excellent cooking supplies were great! We rented a golf cart instead of taking the 7-8 minute walk to the beach, mainly because we like to explore the north beach and state park areas as well as the area nearest the house. The beds were very comfortable as was all the furniture. The owners were exceptional with communication. We'd rent again in a heartbeat!

Everything was perfect for our 5 day family getaway. Hidden gem of a house and island. Beach is close by, access to kayaks and bikes was great, and the house was impeccable. The pool was heated upon request and minimal additional cost, and I appreciated that it was ok to wait until we got close to arrival to decide if we would even need it. Dawn and Robert were excellent hosts providing great information prior to arrival and easy to reach if there had been any problems. We are hoping to return again!

Memorial 2025

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully maintained island home. Dawn has thought of everything
 fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, puzzles, cards, covered grill area
 The pool and “hangout” area under the home is perfect for outside fun. There are pool toys, darts, cornhole, etc
 plenty to do to keep you busy. The island is always a relaxing stay but, this year, ‘A Wave from It All’ has certainly raised the bar for us. We hope to return again.

Perfect island getaway

The home is spotless and tastefully decorated. Recently renovated with a gorgeous wrap around porch. The home literally has everything needed for a more than relaxing vacation: comfort, fun, sun, pool, beach, elegance. Coming from a Floridian - the best beach vacation home my family and I have ever stayed at. We will absolutely be booking this home again in the future. Hopefully every year from now on!

Island Oasis

Our family recently stayed at “A Wave From it All” and absolutely loved our stay. The house is perfect for a small family. Very easy to keep tidy as well as entertain in the ample space downstairs. We look forward to visiting this property again in the future!
