We invite you to come stay at our beautiful Boca Vista Harbor condo minutes away from Boca Grande with its white sand beaches, charming shops and restaurants. This amazing area is famous for its fishing, boating, beaches and golf courses! You can enjoy inshore- offshore fishing, cruising on the intracoastal to visit the many waterside restaurants or packing a cooler and hitting the sandy beaches. Gasparilla Marina is right next door for all your boating needs from fishing charters to boat rentals. Grab the golf clubs and play a round at one of the many courses in the area. Whether it’s fishing, boating, going to the beach on Boca Grande or hitting the golf course, make sure you head to the Boca Vista pool and hot tub on your return. Relax with your favorite beverage while grilling under the pavilion. Think the fun stops there? Grab your bikes and head out on the Cape Haze Pioneer bike and nature trail across the street, jump on a paddle board or kayak from a launch on the property, check out the wildlife, or play tennis and pickle ball on our onsite court. Jerry’s Smoking Tiki Hut(a short walk from the condo), Placida Grill or the Lighthouse are close by for a delicious meal. Dine at South Beach, the Pink Elephant and Millers located on Boca Grande. Feel like traveling a bit? Go visit Englewood Beach and the many popular restaurants and bars located across the street from the beach. The Sandbar, Loc and Key, White Elephant and The Waverly have great food and music all day long. In the morning relax on the lanai, gazing at the water while enjoying a cup of coffee.
