Spectrum Internet/TV & Apple TV with smart TV's. Central to Clearwater, St Pete, Tampa, and Orlando. 4 car driveway, 6 people, 3 bedrooms with queen beds, each bedroom has a desk with chair and a smart TV, 2 full baths.
A Publix supermarket and 9 restaurants within 6 minutes drive. Patio in the back with nice shade. Three outside security cameras record video and audio 24 hours and locations are front door,back patio area, and the driveway with perimeter alert in the house. Electronic check in code. Available burglar alarm code on request.
Large kitchen with dining for six and patio dining for six. The living room will hold six and we have a strict six person limit for guests . Please register all guests.

Beautiful home
This was a beautiful home with a great location to I-75. The only thing I would recommend is dressers in the bedrooms for long term stays of more than a couple nights. And a recliner or two would be awesome. Otherwise great home and hosts.
