Our room smelled like cat pee very bad 241 the heater was so loud and The toilet was broken! My kids couldn’t even play in the pool it was packed 😒

We arrived on Christmas Day and found out that we cannot use the pool or arcades and the restaurant was closed as well. The kids were extremely disappointed. This should have been mentioned to us at the time of booking. Also sound proofing was really bad since we can hear conversations from rooms next to us.

Check in was simple. The room was standard but no table. Rooms were clean. Beds were uncomfortable. We spent 6 days and no housekeeping even though I asked twice. I had to ask for towels and garbage bags, toilet paper ect…Continental breakfast was decent but repetitive. The pool area needs a deep cleaning. Way too much chlorine. It’s conveniently located with a Perkins attached.

Everything was great except the front desk staff the night before Thanksgiving said the arcade would be open on Thanksgiving and we found out the next day that it wasn't. My son never got to so the mini golf and was very disappointed .
