Awesome!!

I needed a change of scenery and am so happy I found this place!! The house had everything I needed and was extremely comfortable. The views are breathtaking and sleeping and waking up to the sounds of the ocean are worth the price of admission alone!! The staff was so friendly and my dog made a few new friends with the dogs on the property. I can't thank everyone there enough for being so accommodating and making me feel so welcome and safe. Can't wait to get down there again!!

Great place to stay

I booked one of the houses here for a reunion with some friends, and it was perfect. Right on the beach, the staff were extremely helpful and brought us water jugs which was great! Enrique was very nice and helpful towards the check-in/check-out process and any questions we had for him. Would definitely book again.

OMG! You will regret not renting this place for your next event or family vacation.

Words can not express the gratitude me, my new bride, and all of our friends and family have for the owner, manager, and staff who took great care of us while we celebrated our wedding weekend at Casa Playa Baja (CPB) near Puerto Nuevo. From year long planning of event to the day our trip started and we were actually staying at the property, Enrique and everyone else made sure we were completely comfortable and safe. This place is amazing for weddings. We plan to book a friends/family vacation in the near future. Thanks again CPB staff for your professionalism and attentiveness to our needs during our stay. Beautiful property with beautiful views and all of the amenities that you would one.

I wasn't sure what to expect having never been to Mexico outside of Cancun. I was absolutely blown away! I enjoyed every minute of my stay. Enrique was welcoming and hospitable. The house and the property and all of the amenities were abundant and made for an unforgettable weekend. We felt very safe and the security guards were incredibly friendly and helpful. When we realized we forgot coffee, we were going to run up to the store and buy some. The security guard realize that we were only leaving to buy coffee and insisted that we just take some of hisinstead. I will absolutely be back again.

Amazing stay at an amazing villa!

I chose this listing for a birthday weekend for me and 10 of my girlfriends. We had an amazing time!! The actual house was beautiful, the view was spectacular and the pool was amazing too. The first thing I thought was that it looked exactly like the pictures, which is usually not the case. I couldn't get over the views...right on the ocean. Enrique could not have been more accommodating. We had a few issues with the refrigerator, but he was readily available to make sure the 2nd fridge downstairs was cleaned out for us to use. It was a little inconvenient but totally out of his control and he did everything he could to make sure we were taken care of. There were white towels provided but we each brought a few beach towels as well to ensure there was enough for showering. We made breakfast sandwiches in the kitchen, cooked dinner on the charcoal grill (be sure to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid! We learned that the hard way) and we built a fire in the fire pit to roast some s'mores (had to go out and get firewood, but it's right up the road). Make sure to bring your own seasonings, cooking oil, butter etc...there was salt and pepper - but that's it! There were a few spatulas and 2 small pans. There was a full set of dishes but we used paper plates and plastic cups to avoid too much mess. The 3 king beds were extremely comfortable and we were actually able to sleep 3 to a bed. The cots provided are a little wonky, they're actual cots, not rollaway beds...not very comfortable for sleeping but we used them for laying out on the rooftop! The pullout couch worked out nicely for us and we also had an air mattress, so we were set! Hearing the ocean at night while laying in bed was amazing. We brought a ton of rafts for the pool and had an amazing time down there. We had no issues with the guests staying in the other 2 villas. There was a group of 15 in one and a family of 8 with kids in another. I do wish there were more lounge chairs...there were only 3, then a handful of normal chairs. But we were in the pool the majority of the time anyway so it didn't really affect us much. There's 24 hour security and a gate which made us all feel secure. Everyone was super friendly. Enrique even called us taxis when we wanted to go out to dinner in order to get us the best rate. I highly recommend this place!!! I can't wait to go back :)

Beautiful home with amazing view

Great oceanfront home with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The pool and jacuzzi area was very clean and the views were unbelievable. Enrique, our host, was very helpful and very responsive to any request we had.

Outstanding

The pictures do not do this place justice! The houses are very large, the views are incredible, and the community the house is located is very calm and welcoming. We were outside/out in Rosarito for most of the weekend! The DirecTV did not work unfortunately, and the hot water downstairs did not work either. We hired a chef for one of the days and she was a great cook however it was a bit over priced, it ended up being $200 for a taco meal for 9 people. Overall great stay, will come again.
